Apartamentos en Reserva de la Isla de Masonboro

“My overall experience was good, the place was clean and it was easy to communicate with the host. Even though the place is small, it had everything l needed. My only complaint was the loud neighbors and barking dog past midnight. I also noticed small cockroaches and other small bugs in the living room area/kitchen.”

“Great place! Imke was amazing! Centrally located, and close to the beach.”

“Condo was perfect! Had everything you might need for a stay. Location was great - close to good bars and restaurants and in a very walkable area.”

“Great quiet place to stay in Wilmington.”

“Great location! We could walk to the Riverwalk and many restaurants. Parking was on the street, but there was always a spot for us. It is an old house, which is neat with its original windows. The drain in the bathtub was clogged, but while we were out, they came and fixed it right away. Great communication!! in DC Some of the paint could be repainted, but overall, it was a wonderful stay.”

“We had a great week here. Only a block away from beach. It was perfect for two people. Clean and had the necessities. Not far from an array of restaurants, stores, etc. Julie was great! Thank you for letting us stay the week. We really enjoyed it.”

“The property is in an excellent location. Easy walk to the historic area full of restaurants, cafes, shops, and more. Easy 20ish minute drive to Wrightsville Beach. The owners are very organized and great communicators. The place was immaculate and loved that it was a historic house! I would definitely book here again! 10 out of 10!”

“The place is gorgeous, spacious, and very comfortable! It was so nice to have the sound of the frogs in the other pond singing each night. Dawn was very responsive and helpful, would definitely stay here again!!!”

“This is a perfect place to stay if you want to explore historic downtown Wilmington! We stayed here for two weeks and walked everywhere; bars, restaurants, galleries, breweries, the riverwalk, etc. I was pleasantly surprised at how quiet it was: even though there are restaurants right behind it, you couldn’t hear anything. Off street protected parking was great and there is laundry available onsite. While we were there, we got to know neighbors and joined them twice for drinks in the parking...

“It was wonderful for our weekend getaway! The proximity to the beach is crazy good and accommodations were ideal. Thank you!”

“The Rose Garden is the perfect Zen getaway! Peaceful view of nature from the patio for your early morning coffee or evening glass of wine. Living room is comfortable, and kitchen is compact and well-stocked. Bedroom/bathroom are comfortable and clean. The host was very accessible and checked in to see if I needed anything. Will definitely stay here again!”

“This was a charming apartment ( love the N’Awlins theming!) in a great location in historic Wilmington. Friendly and prompt communication. Would definitely stay again.”

“We had such a wonderful experience staying at Amy’s place! From the very beginning, Amy was an amazing host. She was friendly, welcoming, communicative, and always quick to respond whenever we had a question. She made the entire process, from check-in to check-out, feel easy and stress-free. The place itself was comfortable, welcoming, and perfect for our family. We were able to relax and truly enjoy our time together, which is exactly what we were hoping for on this trip. Everything about our...

“Very easy to walk to riverfront food and shops! This condo has a very neat design, needs to clean couch it’s nasty. I thought when I read that there was a rooftop bar on floor 5 we stayed on floor 3 it would be so cool. Well all I will say is the DJ they had pulled a “very” different crowd than us. We left for dinner and came back and the line to get back into the building was around the corner!! Luckily the bouncer/doorman spotted us and pulled us through.. you have to share the same small...

“This was steps to fantastic restaurants and the river”

“Beautiful historic home. All the amenities great!! Thank you Alex”

“Property was advertised, nearby trailers on other properties and owners dealing with a fly problem within the house were disappointing, but owners were great at responding to the issues that popped up”

“Absolutely perfect!! Super clean and has everything you need! Very tastefully decorated. Our doggies loved the private fenced yard. Highly recommend!!”
