“Elio my contact was super. He was able to communicate in English. The wifi however sucked. It was unstable and would cut out. If staying here for work make sure that it is fixed. The other issue is that if you come in early, there is no where to drop a bag so I sat in the nearby park for 3 hours until I could check in.
