“My fiancé and I stayed in this lovely condo for a week. It was clean, comfortable, and had all the essentials we needed. The sunrise from the pier was the most magical time for us! We saw manatees, dolphin, stings rays. From the villa, you can easily walk to the grocery store and it was very easy to get a taxi to town when you wanted. Concierge and property manager were responsive and helpful. We loved our stay here so much, we are hoping Beachside Villas will let us get married here! ”

“The townhouse was very nice. I guess we missed in the description that you could only go by pontoon to town as this is on an island. Also, make sure you tell your taxi driver to take Sunset Point Road - we don't know where the name Manatee came into place and our taxi wanted to take us to the Manatee Inn which is not the right place.”

“Edwin graciously collected us and drove us by pontoon boat to the other side every day twice a day for walking to shops, meals, and entertainment. The house was quiet, clean and air conditioned. Loved the thatch covered roof top and pool.”

Pool and beach access were perfect, and we never had to wait for lounger use anytime we went to the pool. The kitchen was also well stocked for cooking. “We stayed 4 nights and greatly enjoyed our stay. We loved being right on the beach, with a pool. The penthouse was very clean, quiet, had comfortable beds and was in a good location. We liked staying a bit away from town, easy golf cart ride to downtown Placencia. Check-in and communication was excellent. We hope to return soon! ”
