“This was a great location. Nice roomy cabana, with a porch. Nice pool and sunning area. Comfortable king-sized bed. Four fans kept the room comfortable in February, but in later months, I could see where no A/C would make this uncomfortable for travellers not acclimated to the heat. No host, access is via a lockbox. Bikes available for free. While technically in the center of Hopkins, you really are south of where everything is, so expect to walk 10 blocks to go anywhere... “This was a fantastic condo. It has 4 units and shared laundry. We had the front unit looking at the owners house. Not really sure how they plan on parking for 4 cars as they are rebuilding the property fences. More than likely, golf carts only in the future. Anyway....EVERYTHING WAS FANTASTIC! And you have resort access for 2 other places as well. This was one of the few places on the boardwalk we could park a car because we were passing though going south. These folks get 6 of 5...
