Proximity to Palcencia was perfect- we took a golf cart into town each night for ice cream - a fun family excursion with teenagers. Truly a great home, great location, and a wonderful experience. “My best friend and I took a lady's trip to Belize with hopes of some time in the sun/ on the water with some relaxing between....little did we know how much more we would get. Staying at Casa Beya was dreamy. Access to everything we could have wanted! We used the kayaks/ snorkle gear/ paddle boards, all which worked well. We walked 2-7 minutes to nearby restaurants for our meals/ drinks. Martin even arranged a local chef to make us dinner at the house one evening with some fresh fish that had...

“We found this place to be so unique and loved all of it. It was spacious. The rainforest shower was gorgeous. It had everything one could possibly need for a 6 night stay. We had a golf cart so we were able to explore the area all the way down to Placencia pier district. It was nice to vome home to a private pool and relax and watch the sun set over the lagoon. The balcony was relaxing and i even got some photos of the full moon. Highly recommend and would stay again.”

“ I highly recommend Villa Rising Sun. Mark and Sabrina were both interested in everything we did, but also to make sure we had no needs or issues (which we didn’t). The listing is very accurate as the house. Very clean and well-located to Hopkins. We rented a golf cart and that was all you really need unless you want to venture further away.Great things about the place - the dock has a regular flow of manatee. We saw several. Also, the tarpon and yellow jacks at night are a blast to watch....
