We had been out drinking and was a late night the morning after I asked if we could extend our check out time the request was accepted at no extra cost. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone.”

“Staff are extremely friendly and helpful, loved that there is an ice machine on each floor... only issue being that there is nothing to put the ice in to take it to your room. The room itself we likes alot it was very spacious and modern, the ac wasnt great as it wouldn't let you put the room temp below 19 degrees so didnt really do much. We really enjoyed the buffet breakfast... the main issue we had with this hotel is the distance from the car park to the entrance, it is way too far especially...

We didn't go the 2nd night and we still didn't get anything. Reported to expedia, was told they would look into it but it's been weeks now and no feedback. “Fantastic communication from the outset. Easily found and right next door to The Mayflower public house so after a long journey there’s no further travelling to do to get an evening meal. Plenty of parking, very easy check in and an exceptional selection of produce supplied for breakfast next morning. Good heating system, great bed, powerful shower, all in all with all of the other attentions to detail a great stay, very highly recommended.”
