“Wir hatten 2 Superior Doppelzimmer gebucht und wurden aufgrund eines nicht nachvollziehbaren Computerfehlers downgegradet auf ein kleines Einzelzimmer und ein Doppelzimmer mit Verbindungsflur und einem Gemeinschaftsbadezimmer. Da nichts anderes vorhanden war und wir eine lange Fahrt hinter uns hatten, nahmen wir die Zimmer in unserer Not. Bei der Abreise wurde versucht erneut per Kreditkarte die Hotelkosten nochmals zu kassieren, selbst als wir den Kostenbeleg über die erfolgte Zahlung nochmal...

“Grundsätzlich gutes Hotel in zentraler Lage von Marienbad. Essen am Abend war ok. Die angemeldete glutenfreie Ernährung wurde nur bedingt umgesetzt-trotz Ausweisung auf der Homepage. Zimmer waren ok. Sauber und geräumig. Einige kleine Defekte (Duschkopf, Lampen) waren vorhanden.Wellnessbereich war sehr gut. Gutes Frühstücksbuffet.”

“I am giving 4 stars because staff was using swear words when on the property talking to each other ( it was males who does maintenance work)but are are stuff and not just there for a day or two. Lots of smokers right by the front entrance and smoke goes to the guest rooms that are facing park. Dmitriy, Vanessa ,Komarek Jiri, and Milacek Filip that work up front are always a top customer care and an excellent representatives. Ostap at reservation department as well was very pleasant and...

“My wife and I had a wonderful stay due primarily to a wonderful, caring and humane staff. When we checked in Jana and Petr immediately made us feel at home at this beautiful facility. The warm atmosphere continued throughout everywhere we went including the treatment by the restaurant staff, especially our waitress Katerina. We are grateful for our visit here.”

“Es un hotel hermoso en todos los aspectos. Todo es impecable. Solo recomendaría que dejaran diario botellas de agua en la habitación ya que solo te dejan 1 el primer día. También recomiendo que incluyeran algún set de limpieza como cepillo de dientes, peine, pasta dental etc. Todo lo demás es inmejorable, las tiendas, el pueblo todo es hermoso”
