“Pretty run down. We spent a few hours there. Got at 1:30 at night. Got room with only 1 bed (4 people). They were nice and fixed the problem in 10 min. EV charger obsolete, could not plug my Tesla. Very old Tesla charger. Other charger required some network membership. Not great. Good I had enough charge to make it to the channel tunnel. But this increased our trip next day in 45'”

“The lady that met us open check in was very friendly & welcoming . She showed us to our room and said anything we need to just ask . Comfortable room everything you need my only one criticism could do with a mini fridge to put water etc in . Shower was great . Very nice stay would definitely come again ”

“This is the worst hotel i have ever seen, we turned up after a long days working to the drunk owner arm wrestling in the hotel, smoking inside amd flicking it in a stella glass. It was honestly like a scene out of the league of gentleman. We wemt straight to bed, to be knoked up at midnight by the steaming owner. “Everything is good but no USB C connections in the room so bring your own. Pool area and water in the pool needs to be cleaned properly floor and tiles. ”

“Good location, walkable to Canterbury Cathedral. Good single room, comfortable bed. Hosts were very friendly and helped me up to my room by carrying my suitcase. Since I was on the top floor, this was much appreciated. Breakfast was plentiful starting with continental choices and then a full cooked meal with several choices on the menu. Very good value for the cost.”
