“We always enjoy our stay at this unique hotel! Breakfast buffet is yummy and the rooms are clean and spacious!”

“We really enjoyed our stay here. There is everything you need in the little hotel village. And it's right at the foot of the mountain. We wanted to stay longer but we had to move on. We will definitely come back and stay here again.”

“This hotel is absolutely stunning with an incredible view of Halong Bay. The room and facilities are some of the best I have experienced. The food and drinks are reasonable priced for a 5 star hotel and the staff are helpful and friendly. Highly recommend for your stay at Halong Bay”

“They do not provide proper instruction on how to collect the room key card. The Ala Carte managed by Anstay. The management should provide a clear instructions to their customers. I hired a taxi to go around just to find the address provided in the email but unfortunately the address was very difficult to find. Mostly of their staff cannot speak or understand english. They don't even reply on messages they have very poor communication.”
