“Everyone was so kind and made us feel special ”

“Needs major improvement... extremely cold rooms without heat and building needs also to be upscaled urgently. But the major issue was at dinner when a lady (probably the owner) approached us explaining that because there was not going to be electricity the next day I had to prepay all expenses + any future expenses, which I gladly did... but there was no electricity shortage the next day, even when I asked an employee they didn’t know what was so talking about. It seems to me and please correct...

“Everything was fantastic, we stayed in Bayethe and the rooms were huge, well stocked and beautiful. The service from the Rangers, the housekeepers, The Lodge staff were all amazing too. All the meals in The Lodge were high quality and delicious. Lots of food, drink and amazing safari experience! ”

“Our stay was incredible. Desmond, our guide, gave us some incredible sights and we were really lucky to see 4 out of the big 5 alongside various other interesting animals. The reserve is vast and there is plenty to see, the fact that there are various lodges across the reserve means even if you have a fairly quiet hotel, there are plenty of rangers out doing drives which helps your chances of animals being spotted and your ranger making their way there. The accomodation is lovely, a perfect room...
