“I came here to visit the universities, and the hotel forgot to clean my room. I mentioned around noon that they should clean it before my second tour, which was at 5:00 PM, but they still didn’t do it. I was very frustrated; the customer service was poor, and the reception staff were unhelpful when it came to assisting customers. The supervisor was unable to resolve anything, and the manager was completely absent. I do not recommend this hotel.”

“At check in, the lady was not very nice. She did not give us a welcome bag (like I saw other people receive), and she even forgot to give us our keys! She also did not mention the happy hour that the hotel has in the afternoon Monday-Thursday. Thankfully we were down at the pool and found out from another guest. Front desk definitely needs to be more informative and friendly.
Upon arriving to out room, the toilet had issues flushing. That was fixed quickly. However, the bathroom sink did not...
