“Booked a one night stay as meeting up with a group of friends for a night out in Newark. My (standard) room was clean, comfortable and well furnished. The bar/dining area was very cosy with local beers (Pheasantry) on draught. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay and the breakfast was superb. Excellent value for money - highly recommended!”

“Everything about our stay was excellent. The accommodation was warm, spotlessly clean and the twin beds very comfortable. The room itself was the smallest in the house but we found it more than adequate and were very happy with the space. Our hosts were helpful and friendly and nothing was too much trouble for them and they made us feel very welcome. “One night stay was good for what we needed just very dusty , cobwebs everywhere , dust in the air vent in the bathroom , cracks and screws hanging out. Would stay again as the room is adequate just needs abit of a clean. ”

“The room was clean and comfortable. Yea and coffee provided. Plenty of space to get ready. Bed was comfortable. We had been out drinking and was a late night the morning after I asked if we could extend our check out time the request was accepted at no extra cost. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone.”
