Indoor area
This spacious marble-floored villa of 245 sqm consists of two levels, fully air-conditioned and nicely decorated. Beginning from ground floor one can find a spacious, bright well appointed living room with amazing sea view, featuring a lovely fireplace and two big comfortable sofas, which has access into both the Bbq and the pool area. There is also a fully- equipped kitchen (oven, stove, kettle, fridge, coffee machine, toaster, microwave, washing machine etc.) with a large dining table and a WC.
Moving to first floor is where all 5 bedrooms and 2 more bathrooms are placed. Two of the bedrooms consist of 1 king-size bed each and two other bedrooms feature 2 twin beds each. In the fifth bedroom you can find a bunk bed for kids that little guests will surely appreciate. All of the bedrooms have access to private balconies or terrace where the view gets even greater during sunset time, creating a warm and romantic atmosphere. Regarding the two bathrooms the first one includes a Jacuzzi and a hydro massage shower while the other one has a bathtub.

Outdoor area
Set within ancient olive trees you will definitely enjoy the vast and spacious outdoor area which is covered with grass and flowers in a well maintained garden. The private superb pool where you can lay under the Cretan sea and relax in villa's comfortable sun beds is another thing you would definitely look forward to. You can even benefit from the Bbq area where the pergola beyond it, provides shadow, with its outdoor table to enjoy your lunch and gather with all your loved ones, creating special moments. Private covered parking area is also available at the villa.

Situated in Episkopi village, 20,7km from the town of Rethymno this villa is a great choice for those who want to benefit from the calmness and isolation of a rural area while at the same time be close to the busy town and just 4km distant from the enormous sandy beach of Episkopi. Even though a village Episkopi is pretty lively and can provide you with all the essentials while a lovely traditional restaurant is just across the street! Lake Kournas, the biggest natural lake of Crete, and Argyroupolis Springs, places with great natural landscape, full of green and little waterfalls, can be reached both in about 10-15min drive. Ancient Lappa, the ancient town with its remains stands proudly till today and is a significant historical landmark you shouldn't miss during your stay.
