We had a wonderful stay, the villa was perfect in every way. Evmorfia our host was very accommodating. We organised car hire/travel/taxis through her that were also excellent (Muse Travel). The surrounding areas are absolutely beautiful, Kournas lake was are favourite! There are a couple of tavernas nearby too which served fantastic food. Baja beach for a day trip of luxury was fab, so was going into Rethymno with loads of shops and tavernas set by the port. In terms of the villa: It was perfect for our family of 8 with huge amounts of space, the weather was excellent so we did spend a lot of time at the villa as the pool area and bbq area were gorgeous. The pool was cleaned a few times a week by the team and also the property was cleaned halfway through our stay, the standard of the cleanliness was excellent. I wouldn't hesitate to stay at the property again and really hope we visit again soon! Can't thank Evmorfia and her team enough for a perfect stay! Thank you

Amazing views, enough space and good spot to discover the island.

We loved to stay at your place. With 2 families there is enough space and rooms to stay in one place. The pool is bigger than we expected! In the village are enough places to eat and drink. The beautiful beach is nearby.Recommend!

Schönes Haus aber sehr in die Jahre gekommen

Das Gute vorab: -die Lage ist toll - das Haus ist schon groß für 3 Paare oder Familien - es gibt eine Tischtennisplatte und Volleyballfeld – die vermietende Agentur ist sehr nett Das nicht so gute ist : -zwar steht in der Beschreibung das 3 Duschen vorhanden sind, defakto funktioniert nur eine, die Badewanne hat auch keinen funktionietenden Duschkopf -auf Nachfrage wurde nachgesehen und wir erhielten wir Entschuldigung ein paar Gebäckstücke, leider wurde es nicht repariert und wir haben zu 9. eine Dusche benutzt -insgesamt tut es einem leid um das schöne Haus- die Möbel sind wacklig, die Türen der Schränke sind schief und fallen ab, die Balkonauflagen vetschlissen und zerrissen, die Katzen der Umgebung haben sich häuslich eingerichtet und liegen ständig auf den Auflagen (dadurch rden die natürlich dreckig und haarig) und der Pool ist so kalt das unsere Kinder immer nur als “ Mutprobe" rein gegangen sind. Schwierig war das ganze weil unsere Männer Handwerker sind und natürlich noch viel mehr Dinge sehen, als uns Frauen schon aufgefallen ist. Insgesamt also sehr schade.

Kreta mit Ausblick

Haben mit 7 Erwachsenen und 2 Kindern 10 Tage Urlaub gemacht. Sind sehr zufrieden, alles wie beschrieben. Besonders schön diese Aussicht, großer Pool, natürlicher Schatten von alten Olivenbäumen! Klimaanlage, Gasgrill und Gemauerter Grill. Die Bäder und die Küche sind in die Jahre gekommen. Unsere Vermieterin sagte uns das hier bereits Renovierungen geplant sind. Es ist ein altes Haus, an dem immer was gemacht wird. Kommunikation mit Morfia super. Vielen Dank. Gute Lage. Gute Ausflugsmöglchkeiten. Mietwagen zu empfehlen. Der nahegelegene Strand ist ein Mix aus Kies und Sand. Im Wasser ist sind. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Very nice and well situated property

The house is very spacefull, fully equipped. The garden and the pool are wonderful. We also found the position very strategic between both and south coasts. It was very clean and confortable. The host Evmorfia was absolutely adorable, helpful and so kind. It was such a pleasure to be hosted by her.

It was grand!

Villa Lucia was perfect for our vacation. The setting was ideal and the house was beautiful. I wish we had more time. My only request is that better lamps be provided. Other than overhead lights, it was hard to get enough light to read by after dark.
