Additionally, in 50m you will find a tradition cretan taverna and in 600m you will find a mini market and cafés. The spacious terrace of Filio Luxury Villa features an amazing 15 m2 private swimming pool (1,50m deep) , equipped with sun beds and umbrellas, offering you ample opportunity for sunbathing, unwind and enjoy the fresh summer breeze and the revitalising country air. The outdoor areas are lovingly designed with flowers , creating a soothing environment and also provide an outdoor shaded dining area next to the BBQ (gas) facilities.

Internal Living | Bedrooms & Bathrooms

There's an eclectic theme to the interior of the home, thanks to the owners' desire to blend modern with rustic style. This luxury holiday home flaunts exquisite interiors that exude a certain ethereal elegance and calm which guarantee a perfectly relaxing and rejuvenating stay. The villa can comfortably accommodate up to 5 guests in its 2 bedrooms. The villa also features two bathrooms and a WC. All bedrooms are effortlessly and elegantly furnished promising a blissful night's sleep after the day's busy adventures. The Villa is tastefully decorated and equipped with all modern amenities, providing everything you may need during your holiday.


Upon entering, you’ll find a living room and kitchen open-plan space. There is a comfortable sofa and a 55 inch TV in the seating area, while the kitchen is fully equipped, providing all the necessities for a self-catered holiday. On the ground level, there is also a double bed bedroom and its own en suite bathroom with a shower cabin. The second bedroom (two single beds, which can be set up as a double bed upon request) is on the first floor, along with a spacious terrace, where guests can gather in its outdoor seating area ( there is a sofa, two chairs and a coffee table). Both bedrooms have a private TV, amazing pool views and their own en suite bathrooms, while there is a third bathroom in the seating area.

There is spacious, free parking space outside of the villa premises.This immaculate property is well-equipped with all the mod cons; Large fridge with freezer, Electric stove and oven, Filter coffee machine, Espresso Machine, Dishwasher, Microwave, Kettle, Toaster, Food processor, Washing machine, Iron & Board, Hair dryer, Flat- screen TVs , First Aid Kit, Fire Extinguisher, Smoke Detector and Mosquito Nets (all doors & windows).
