The space



VILLA AQUA consists of two independent two-storey residences built in a modern style with an emphasis on expertise and elegance. Their total area is 280 m² (140 m² each house) and they have a total of 8 bedrooms that makes villa Aqua ideal for large group vacation. In each villa the visitor will find on the ground floor, the single space consisting of the elegant living room with comfortable sofas, the 55 inch Smart TV and the unobstructed view of the sea and the swimming pools, from the large windows that lead directly to the exterior of the house . In the same space there is also the fully functional kitchen, equipped with all electrical appliances and all the utensils for preparing and serving your meals, as well as the comfortable dining room for eight people to enjoy your meals in the company of your family and friends.

On the ground floor there is also a bedroom with a disabled-friendly bathroom with two single beds with anatomical mattress and dimension 140 X 2, 35 inch smart TV, wardrobes and direct access to the exterior of the house.

On the first floor there are three bedrooms, all with a bathroom with shower and a balcony. The first bedroom has a double bed that can be separated with an anatomical mattress measuring 160 X 2, wardrobes, Smart TV 43", bathroom with shower and balcony with a panoramic view of the sea and the pools. The second bedroom is exactly the same style with a double bed with a 1.60X2 anatomical mattress and the possibility of separation, a bathroom with a shower, a 43" smart TV and a balcony overlooking the sea and the pools.

The last bedroom of the floor has two single beds with anatomical mattress 140 X 2, bathroom with shower, wardrobes, smart TV 43" and a balcony overlooking the front entrance of the house.
