ACERCA DE LA VILLA

Nuestra villa se encuentra en el tranquilo pueblo tradicional de Pigi, con belleza natural, y jardín de la piscina
área, con parrilla y árboles. La piscina es de 32 metros cuadrados, y alrededor del área del jardín de la piscina,
con una pequeña cocina, afuera.

Villa Liakos y los apartamentos están registrados con una licencia oficial (EOT).

Al entrar en la villa, se encuentra la sala de estar con chimenea, dos sofás, una cocina completa con mesa de comedor donde se puede disfrutar del satélite T. V. y acceso gratuito a Internet. Algunos pasos lo llevan a la primera habitación de lujo de la planta baja con dos camas individuales de hierro, una w. c., y un pequeño patio. Algunas escaleras lo llevan al primer piso que está separado de otras dos habitaciones lujosas con una cama doble de hierro para cada una, y balcones: uno con vista a la piscina y el otro con vista a la aldea.



FUERA DE LA VILLA

Fuera de la villa, un pequeño patio privado, separa el jardín de la piscina de la villa, haciéndote sentir seguro mientras puedes mirar y proteger a tus hijos mientras están nadando. En esta área hay un aparcamiento privado, una piscina de 36m2 con hamacas, sombrillas, ducha, una barbacoa, una mesa de comedor, una pequeña cocina con nevera y una w. do. Puede disfrutar y relajarse del sol mientras puede nadar, cocinar, comer fuera de la piscina en un entorno muy natural, hermoso, lleno de flores, limoneros y naranjos, y probar su propio jugo de naranja recién cortado con naranjas de los árboles.

SOBRE EL PUEBLO

La Villa Liakos está situada en la tranquila localidad tradicional de Pigi, a 7 km de Rethymno y a 1,5 km de la playa de arena, mientras se puede disfrutar de la belleza natural y la cultura de Creta. En el pueblo, hay dos mini mercados, panadería, carnicería, farmacia y dos tabernas donde se puede degustar comida tradicional de Creta, por personas amables y sonrientes. Los autobuses para Rethymno van y vuelven cada hora.

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt. Der Poolbereich ist wunderschön, das Haus selbst könnte allerdings an einigen Ecken eine Überholung vertragen, aber das sind Kleinigkeiten, die die Vermieterin mit Herzlichkeit ausgeglichen hat. Die Unterkunft ist sauber und zweckmäßig. Die Lage fanden wir sehr schön, ca. 100m entfernt ein Supermarkt, eine Apotheke und eine Taverne. Mit dem Auto ist man in ca. 5min auf der Tourimeile mit zahlreichen Bars, Restaurantes, Shops und dem Strand. In ca.15 min ist man in der Altstadt von Rethymnon, die sich sehr lohnt.

Amazing stay! We absolutely had the best two weeks at this villa. Had everything we needed, the pool area is beautiful and has plenty of shade. The pool is perfect and definitely needed in the heat. Aircon works brilliant in all rooms. The location is amazing, a beautiful small village that had everything in close proximity, which included 3 tavernas, 2 bakeries, a shop and a pharmacy. 5 minute drive to a local beach. We felt extremely safe for the entire trip. Voula is an amazing host and is extremely responsive. She cleaned and changed the bedding twice in just a two week stay. Very sad to be leaving

Nous avons passé un excellent sejour dans la maison de voula qui est tres gentille et sympathique . Nous avons adoré la maison qui est tres pratique et donne de l'intimité a la famille . La piscine est geniale avec une température iideale , la piscine n est pas attenante a la maison mais ce n ai vraiment pas genant . Nous avons adore la compagnie des chats qui venait nous voir . La maison est tres bien situe , pigi est un mignon village non loin de rethymon . Nous reviendrons avec plaisir dans la maison de voula . We had a wonderful stay at Villa Liakos. The villa is an ideal size for us with all we needed and in a great location in Pigi Village. The village has a great supermarket and tavernas. The pool area is spacious and we spent most of our time there . Voula couldn’t have been more welcoming and helpful. I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending Villa Liakos to anyone looking for a relaxing break

House needs some work doing, back balcony dangerous, one of the beds broken. Won’t take a lot to bring it up. Pool really nice, but pool kitchen area needs some work. In good location for village shops and restaurants.

Heerlijke week gehad!

Groot huis, alle ruimte om heerlijk te verblijven. Foto's geven goed weer hoe het huis is. Het zwembad ligt in een afgesloten tuin, een paar stappen van het huis vandaan. We vonden het dorpje erg leuk. We hebben heerlijk gegeten bij de Tarverna. Als je een auto hebt, is het een goede uitvalbasis om meer van het eiland te zien. Communicatie met eigenaresse was super.

De Villa viel ons tegen. Oud en was niet schoon. Beddengoed met vlekken. Handdoeken met gaten. Etensresten van de vorige gasten zaten nog in de oude pannen/bestek. De keuken niet hygiënisch. Bestek borden glazen niet compleet. Rommelig. En een vreselijke douche. De sproeier van de douche was al overleden. En elke avond op de slaapkamer op kakkerlakken jacht. (niet onze hobby) Kakkerlakken lopen door de gehele Villa. Kapotte verlichting. Deze Villa heeft zoveel meer liefde nodig dan nu wordt geboden. Het zwembad heeft ons doen blijven in de Villa omdat dit veel goed maakte, een paradijs Was het zwembad er niet geweest dan hadden we onze koffers gepakt om elders te verblijven Voor ons geen Villa Liakos meer..

Enjoyable, typically Greek

Could have been cleaner on arrival especially the pool kitchen but we enjoyed our time in Pigi and the private pool, we would go again as we like quaint. No part of the property could be described as luxurious but we had a lovely time.

Excellent

The property was as described. It is a bit quirky, but nothing that affected our stay. The pol are is fantastic especially the outdoor shower, BBQ and kitchenette. The air-conditioning through the house really helps in the heat. We stayed for 2 weeks and didn't need a car, the local buis service into town is more than adequate. The three restaurants in town were all good anf the local village shops have everything you need. Voula couldn't have been more helpful, thank you so much. I highly recommend this property.

Lovely Villa

Villa Liakos is a lovely villa in a beautiful little village. The pool is a good size and has the advantage of a small kichen and toilet close by. There are plenty of amenities close by, a shop a pharmacy and three tavernas within a couple of minutes walk The kitchen could do with a few more untensils but this did not impact our stay we enjoed it so much we a booking for next year..

Village villa with private pool

Village home with a secure private pool and garden area (complete with chatty resident cats!). Villa had everything we needed and pool only a few seconds walk from villa with a toilet and fridge and sink and table and chairs and also a barbecue. We enjoyed our stay here in Pigi, everyone was friendly and Voula was available if needed and very accommodating. There are 2 restaurants and 1pub a supermarket and a pharmacy and a bakery in the village all of which we sampled with pleasure. The village is only 7 minute drive from Platanes, and Rethymno about 15-20 minute drive from Platanes which has a lovely beach and plenty of restaurants and shops.

Large villa in a beautiful village

The villa is based in the beautiful village of Pigi with two lovely restaurants, a bar and shop all within walking distance. We didn't have a car so we ended up spending a lot on taxis to get to and from the beaches and rethymno but we already had already planned for this. We spent a bit of time in adelianos kampos which was a nice beach area with bars and restaurants. The villa itself is typically Greek with good facilities and was clean. The pool area is idyllic and private with lots of seating and an outdoor toilet/bbq. The only feedback would be that we would have liked to have had the pool cleaned whilst we were there for two weeks. Voula was lovely and had gave us such a warm welcome (thank you)! People in the village were so friendly and we got to experience the Cretan way of life away from the busy towns. We would definitely return!

Schlimmer gehts kaum

Die Beschreibung des Hauses stimmt mit der Realität nicht überein. Unsauber, Heruntergewirtschaftet, Ecken voller Müll. Von Luxusschlafzimmer keine Spur, im Gegenteil alles was mal kaputt gegangen ist, wurde nicht repariert. Steckdosen mit Tesaband angeklebt, Licht im Treppenhaus geht nicht mehr. Flöhe in den Betten!!

Beautiful pool area and lovely village

Villa Liakos was a lovely place to stay and Voula was very nice to help with the logistics. That said, it was a very nice villa with A/C throughout, and nice sized rooms. Good WiFi throughout, including in the garden. The garden and pool area is lovely! Big, deep pool surrounded by flowers and fruit trees. Big, open barbecue and table shaded by trees. Several sunbeds, a big shade and outdoor bathroom. Car parking space. And Pigi itself is an absolutely beautiful little village. Lots of locals living in pretty traditional homes. Two lovely tavernas, a lovely bar and a surprisingly large and well stocked local shop - all within a minute's walk of the villa. The only negatives were the kitchen (which was not particularly well equipped and which clearly needs the cupboards replacing) and the fact that the garden and pool are not attached directly to the house (they are immediately adjacent, but you have to go out the front door, down a very short path and unlock the gate to go there. Would definitely recommend!

Sehr schöner Aufenthalt

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt! Pigi ist ein super schöner kleiner Ort mit einer sehr guten Taverne und einem Mini Markt. Die Unterkunft bietet alles nötige was man braucht um einen schönen Aufenthalt zu haben. Ein paar Schritte von der Haustür entfernt geht es zum Garten und Pool Bereich, welcher ein Traum ist. Schöne Granatäpfel und Zitronen Bäume. Der Pool ist sehr groß und wird regelmäßig gut sauber gemacht. Wir würden wieder kommen 😊

Great property, a little difficult to find though

The villa is in the small town of Pigi. There is a small supermarket, butcher shop, cafe, and taverna within walking distance. There is no parking on-site but there is a small lot within walking distance. While the villa is very spacious and has a lot of Cretan charm, it was a little difficult to get to and has a strong smell of cigarette smoke. We had trouble finding the villa but we were able to call our host and they told us where it is located. The air conditioning only worked in one of the rooms but luckily we only stayed one night and it happened to work in the room where we were sleeping. The pool/bar area was very beautiful.

Ok villa lovely garden and pool.

We had a great time here. Lovely village with a good bakery and shop. The house was very big and fairly clean however we could have done with a bit more information from our host about location and generally about the villa as there was very little comunication . The garden more than made up for the short comings. We spent many happy ours there. Pigi is a good base to see lots of rethymno province from. Overall a nice place to stay.
