Welcome to our Auszeit Room – bright, airy, and filled with natural light.



High ceilings and large windows let in plenty of daylight, creating an open, welcoming atmosphere. Light colors highlight the charm of the historic building and provide a sense of space and calm. This is a place to breathe deeply and feel at home.



We have intentionally chosen not to include a TV here. Instead, we invite you to enjoy the quiet, read a good book, or gaze outside – nature begins right at our doorstep. The Auszeit Room shares a fully equipped communal kitchen with two other rooms.



Our garden is always open to you. Surrounded by greenery, fresh North Sea air, and birdsong, you’ll find space to relax and unwind outdoors. Just a few steps away, the open landscape invites you to take walks, pause, or explore actively.



If you’d like to combine your stay with movement, you’re warmly invited: each morning starts with 30 minutes of yoga. In the evenings, a varied program awaits you, including Qi Gong, yoga, capoeira, taiji, and taekwon do.



You can book classes flexibly on site, whether you’re a beginner or experienced. Some activities are available for an extra fee.



Wi-Fi is available. For a restful night’s sleep, it is switched off between 11 pm and 6 am.
