Acogedora villa moderna de los 60 en el centro de Reykjavík

  • Una propiedad bien situado y cómodo para pequeños grupos y familias, de hasta siete personas. Cuatro dormitorios y camas confortables para todos. Agradable sala de estar abierta con grandes ventanales, adyacente al comedor y cocina. Tres balcones, en la sala de estar, cocina (vista sobre el montaje Esja), y el dormitorio principal. Dos cuartos de baño, una ducha. Televisor de pantalla plana, Wifi y de alta velocidad a Internet, ropa de cama, ropa de cama y toallas incluidas. Bus no hay 14 paradas justo fuera, que le llevará al centro en unos minutos. Cerca: Laugardalur valle, con un centro de fitness Laugar Spa (gimnasio, piscina geotérmica, masaje, Joe & The Juice). Esta es una propiedad familiar con un apartamento independiente en el sótano con entrada independiente, habitada por una sola persona. Los propietarios viven en una casa cercana. Very nice and comfortable house . Very well located in a quiet area . Close to old Reykjavik and the port. The owner was there to welcome us . Very friendly. We had a great time.

A really spacious house in a very convenient area outside the city centre,loved the proximity to the huge ouypool complex. Nice driveway for parking and good access to the owner. A really great stay.

Great location to explore Reykjavik

Had a wonderful stay. Quiet neighborhood with some things within walking distance, but downtown Reykjavik super close and a great location if you're doing day trips around the area.

Great stay in Reykjavik!

We had a wonderful stay in this beautiful unique home. The amenities were as described and everything was clean and comfortable. The location was fantastic and the bus to downtown Reykjavik was frequent and very easy to figure out for these first-time visitors. Thank you for a lovely visit!

Family vacation

Excellent choice - would stay again. Very spacious with updated appliances (washer/dryer combo) kept us with fresh clothing throughout our week’s visit. Easy access to downtown (my son ran along the coast every evening back and forth to the city).

The house is an older home but clean and the beds are comfortable. Everything you need is available. We had 6 people, 2 adults and 4 teens. The bed arrangements worked out well. There are 1 1/2 bathrooms but this did not pose a problem. The owner is a wonderful man and Johannes who greeted us helped us find a medical orthopedics device store since the device my grandson had broke on the plane. Johannes explained the situation to the sales person and helped us purchase a new foot brace. Johannes so went above and beyond a host’s role. In addition, upon leaving, the owner of the house called and told us we could extend our time if necessary. The location of the home is excellent and accessible to the city by bus or car. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves and this house is a great place to stay.

Fun family friendly property

Great location for a home base in Reykjavik. Host was very accommodating and the property was well outfitted with anything we needed. Definitely recommend as a family friendly property!

Cozy, Quiet Fun

Family friendly place and neighborhood with excellent access to public transport for shopping, restaurants, museums etc. Hosts were excellent in terms of communication and arrangements. Would definitely stay there again!

Close to restaurants quiet neighborhood

Great location, short walk to ice cream shop. 10-15 minute drive to city center and convenient to hopping on highway to Golden circle. Highly enjoyed our stay

Our host, Olafur, was wonderful. He gave us the amazing family history of this home. Everything was as stated amenity-wise. I would make a note that there is a washer/dryer. Special thanks for accommodating an extra person for three nights. We were able to have three generations all together.

Our family of 5, with three teens, stayed at the house. It is at a great location and the house was very comfortable, exceeding our expectations. I would definitely recommend this place!

Our stay and our host were absolutely amazing! Johannes was kind, communicative, and informative! It was a blessing to stay in his family home. Quiet neighborhood within walking distance to great coffee/bakery, the botanical gardens and an ice cream shop. When we return to Iceland, we will stay here again!

1 week in genuine mid-century modern

This house was a joy to stay in. A beautifully built genuine mid-century modern house with a great location. Easy access to downtown Reykjavik and highways made it convenient for all of our activities. The owner was pleasure to meet and work with for check-in and gave us a tour of the house. I would definitely recommend a stay here.

Excellent stay

My wife and I, along with two friends, spent a week. Accommodations were great and convenient to the city. Hosts were very helpful and we really enjoyed our visit and all of Iceland!
