Communication with the host company was very good. They were responsive when we contacted them.This is a host-less facility. The day prior to arrival we received an email with some required information to complete and then were sent the code to the exterior and room door.Like typical European buildings, ground floor is zero. 100 level rooms are on the 2md floor. The labels in the elevator are a bit wonky, but we eventually emded up on the correct floor.The heat from the radiators is intense amd there is no way to control that from the room. We ended up opening the windows to cool off.
