“We arrived at the resort just after 5pm and was handed our keys with a map of where our unit was and a map of the various sites in the area. We noticed the shop was well stocked. When we got to our cabana, the unit was very clean, with a chocolate for each of us, some rusks and tea/coffee packs. The resort is very tranquil. It is close to every site in the lowveld. ”

“The cleaning at this property is done superficially. They need to do a deep clean as there is dirt in the corners, smell from the sheets and blanket, dust on applicances and slime in the kettle. There was a service door to the bathroom which isn't itself a problem, but I could smell cigarette smoke coming through every so often in the morning.”

“The wooden houses are located in an awesome environment, with a lake. The mountain road to arrive could be very dangerous on foggy days, and it was very scary at some points. Our house was very cold (it is in the mountains and it was very rainy) and had no heating system but a fireplace. It could have been awesome to use it but the wood provided was too wet to burn, unfortunately. The breakfast was very nice, with plenty of tasty homemade products.
