Country House 'El Llosín' with Private Terrace, Balcony and Wi-Fi

The Country House El Llosín is located in Ribadesella and is the ideal accommodation for a relaxing getaway. The 2-storey property consists of a living room with a sofa bed for one person, a kitchen, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and can therefore accommodate 5 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, a TV as well as a washing machine. This accommodation does not offer: air conditioning. This vacation rental offers a private outdoor space with an open terrace, balcony, and barbecue.

The property is located close to the beach and there is a tennis court within a 15-minute walk.

A parking space is available on the property.

A maximum of 2 pets are allowed.

Smoking is forbidden.

In our house parties or celebrations are not allowed.

The heating will NOT be on from 30/04 to 15/10, considering that it is not necessary given the weather in Asturias.

One pet is allowed although we require in the invoice that the owners are responsible for any possible damage that their pets may cause. Pets may never be left alone in the house.

Smoking is forbidden inside the house.

If you come with children, please let them know that we have stairs, windows and cleaning products inside the house.

In accordance with the regulations, all guests over the age of 14 will be asked for their ID card or passport at the time of entry.
