Beautiful property in a beautiful location. Lots to do in the area. Host was contactable before the holiday and during the holiday. Slight confusion with one of the bedrooms, but resolved straight away. Would recommend and would stay again.

Lovely stay in a beautiful house

We had a lovely break in this beautiful house. The location is amazing in this small, quiet village on the outskirts of Riberac. The pool is lovely and we felt very lucky to have it all to ourselves. We spent most of our time in the village but it's a great spot to explore the rest of the region.

Exceptionally well designed and considered home. We loved it. Host and local assistance were always quick to respond and help. We stayed for four weeks!

Nice break.

We had a lovely stay at this well-equipped property in a very peaceful location. The pool was clean and a great bonus, and the house had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. It’s about a 30 minute walk into town along a quiet road without a pavement. Emilie, the property manager, was always on hand and very helpful. Would happily return!

Grande piscine

Tres bonnes vacances a st martial de Ribérac. Tres calme!maison tres spacieuse. Belle piscine. Endroit ideal pour se promener au calme pres de la rivière a velo,a pied,en kayak mais également pour la pêche.

Check in war sehr gut. Fahrräder waren leider nicht alle nutzbar; vermutlich wegen unachtsamen Gebrauchs der Vormieter, ansonsten war alles perfekt. Wie beschrieben; wir hatten eine tolle Zeit und haben insbesondere den Pool und die Tischtennisplatte sehr genossen. Absolute Weiterempfehlung - auch für größere Familien geeignet.

Un Havre de paix

Une maison familiale très agréable. La piscine est bien exposée et permet de nager sans difficulté. Déjà 2 ans que nous louons et restons vraiment satisfaits. Merci à Émilie notre accueillante pour sa disponibilité. Très belle location.

An really good property, in an excellent location for a really good price

We had a very relaxing stay and loved the gardens and surrounding area. The house is lovely - the bedroom separated from the house is very hot and was a little dirty but that’s partly because of the bear stone. Communication was very good leading up to the stay - a couple of minor delays with responses when at the property but overall good. We would definitely go back

Great holiday

Lovely classic old French house, slightly out of town (very short drive, OK walk) with great pool, top quality table football, table tennis, nice furnishings. One bedroom off by the pool, for better or worse. Riberac is a quiet but nice town, and the house is near the river, across from a small village with a friendly cafe - closed for part of August. Very convenient to supermarket and petrol.

Séjour à Saint-Martial de Ribérac

Nous avons passé d'excellentes vacances. La maison est fraîche et bien équipée.La piscine est top ! Les deux terrasses sont pratiques pour disposer d'ombre et de fraîcheur à toute heure. La pergola est idéale pour les repas du soir. La fenêtre Velux de la chambre près de la piscine mériterait l'installation d'un volet pour limiter la chaleur. Très bons contacts avec les propriétaires et avec Émilie pour l'accueil.

Comme à la maison !

En plus du mauvais temps, de l'humidité , nous avons eu les couvreurs qui ont oeuvré durant notre séjour afin de réparer les dégats causés par la grêle dans le village . Un séjour qui s 'est bien passé grâce au confort de la location, nous nous sommes trouvés comme à la maison ... Cuisine, lecture, cinéma, jeux de société, promenade et pêche furent nos activités ... Des moments conviviaux où nous avons pu prendre le temps de vivre avec une note de douceur portée par notre charmante hôtesse Emilie ...

Familienzeit in der Dordogne

In einem tollen Land-Haus mit 3 Schlafzimmer, zwei Bäder, einem nie genutzten Wohnzimmer und einer riesigen Küche haben wir zu fünft eine tolle Zeit verbracht. Man ist für alle Unternehmungen, (Ausflüge und Einkaufen) auf ein Autos angewiesen. Den tollen große Pool und den Garten mit den Liegen sowie die Sitzecke haben wir ausgiebig genutzt. Die Kommunikation mit den Besitzern des Hauses und der Kontaktperson vor Ort war ausgezeichnet. Jede Frage wurde beantwortet, jedes Probleme gelöst.

Fabulous house in a very quiet street on the edge of Riberac. The building which is old has a great blend of original architecture & modern fittings. Superb, large fully stocked kitchen that easily seats 8 persons around the large table. Every item you need for making fabulous meals is provided. Large living room with stereo and TV plus DVD. Many dvd’s & films to choose from if you just want a lazy night. All bedrooms are large with ample storage. Main bedroom has a 4 poster bed and fly net which was a nice touch. Fully modern bathroom with double sink, separate shower and bath. Toilet is in a seperate room. Outside there is a driveway behind large gates where there is sufficient room to park your car. We arrived by motorcycle and so this provided secure parking which we like. In this area a covered seated patio with table, chairs and a BBQ. Cool walkthrough corridor leads to the rear enclosed garden & the 10x4 swimming pool. Very private with plenty of good quality furniture. This area is great for relaxing and taking in the sun. There is also a toilet & shower just off this area. There is everything provided for your stay including a washing machine, table football, table tennis, board games and WiFi. Only slight quibble was the filter on the pool not great so you got a few insects which had to be netted out each morning. That said we had a great time, loved the house & Emilie was on hand should there be any problems which there weren’t.

Ruhig und entspannend

Wir haben den Aufenthalt genossen. Haus und Garten sind weitgehend so wie beschrieben. Allerdings ist das 3. Schlafzimmer nicht wirklich vorhanden; es handelt sich um einen durch Rollos abtrennbaren Bereich des Flures. Die Ausstattung ist gut, der Pool ganz hervorragend. Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit!

Maison très confortable, agréable. Jardin et piscine super. Tout est fait pour passer d'excellentes vacances dans un cadre verdoyant. Merci aux propriétaires pour les aménagements. Le baby-foot génial.

Maison authentique, joliment décorée au calme. jolies prestations et propriétaire disponible malgré la distance. Vous êtes loin des sites touristiques mais cela nous a convenu parfaitement! Je recommande cette belle maison.

superbe maison situee dans un petit village très calme

Très belle maison situee dans un petit village très tranquille. Tous les commerces utiles à 5 mns. Maison très bien equipée, il ne manque rien. Proprietaire très à l'écoute et réactif. Secteur peu touristique mais qui permet une formidable deconnexion. Nous y retournerons volontiers

Superbe villa, une vue sur la petite église romane depuis la piscine, c est top...

Nous avons passé de très bonnes vacances, la villa est vraiment bien équipée, le chant des oiseaux au réveil, le canoë, l etang de la Jemaye et plein d autres activités... À renouveler
