Villa with garden, consisting of 2 independent apartments. The reason why you have to book this house for your holidays, and you don't have to miss it is the view it enjoys! Think about it, in the morning as soon as you wake up opening the window of your room or walking in the garden the first thing you will see will be the blue of the sea, the green of our trees and the white of our sand.



Additional Conditions: - Prices include water, electricity and gas consumption; - The linen service (bed and bathroom) is optional and is not included in the price. If requested on site, it costs Euro 12.5 per person for the entire stay or whenever requested. If you bring your own linen, no cost is incurred; - A transfer service from/to the airport and from/to Tropea station is available upon request for a fee; - Pets are allowed upon request by paying an extra supplement of €10 per day per pet; for stays longer than 7 nights the pet fee will be €50 for the entire stay. - The villa is equipped with basic cookware, including a coffee maker.
