“Here is a honest opinion since we stayed there. Property owner will answer and accommodate visitors. It is located in a residential neighborhood so it seems like people dont like you parking in their spaces, and parking can be hard to find. The owner let us park in their driveway which was very nice . The place is very small but very clean. The best area is the backyard with fire pit. The furniture isnt very comfortable so dont expect to hang out, but they tried to make it like homey. They were...

“My stay was very nice and peaceful. Felt safe and was the place was spotless. Bedding was very nice luxurious. Beautiful fresh picked vases of flowers in two of the rooms. Saw a cute deer outside at night while on balcony. Enjoyed my stay very much.”

“Couldn't have asked for more lovely place to stay, or a smoother process. No notes. Would stay again.”

“"Treehouse retreat" accurately describes this property. Peaceful perch in Mill Valley, Beautiful panoramic views in the trees, quiet neighborhood, just a few minutes from Muir Woods, Muir Beach and Muir Beach Overlook. Great seafood just a few minutes away at Hook Fish Co. Communication was perfect and owners were patient when we didn't promptly respond to given spotty cellular access on our road trip through Yosemite and Sequoia.”

“Spacious home however the property was unfortunately poorly cleaned and maintained with a lot of existing wear and tear. Keypad code did not work upon arrival. Rooms and windows were dusty and dirty, shower handle broke off twice, odorous rooms with no screen windows for ventilation, kitchen sink handle missing control buttons, privacy film on bathroom window bubbled/peeled, thin and sagging mattresses, stained bed pillows and spider webs and spiders inside and outside of the home. Could not...

“Communication was excellent. I was very happy with our stay. My kids and I were attending a concert at Oracle Park, and this was a great distance from the venue for our entire week.”

“Great location and comfortable spot for two people and outdoor spaces are very nice; check-in and check-out were easy and the host was very responsive when needed. I do feel the listing is misleading, as you will not find out until your check-in email (or thoroughly reading reviews first) that the hot tub is shared with two other vacation rentals. Additionally, it is also located on the grounds of one cottage, so there is some awkwardness in traipsing through someone else's space, especially at...

“Dustin does a great job hosting guests with his wonderful Berkeley hills house. We really enjoyed the views, privacy & slept well. He has a lot of coffee making alternatives also!”

“Lovely, clean and spacious home with excellent access to Berkeley coffee shops and restaurants. Comfortable and relaxing space. Perfect for our stay!”
