Property was well-equipped and spacious but the experience with the property manager/housecleaner was so hellacious, I can't in good conscience recommend this property. Her rudeness and unprofessionalism made our stay really unpleasant. The problems started from the beginning. I had requested an early check in as I was traveling with elderly parents. On the day, she allowed me to access the property early at 12:00 pm, which I appreciated. However, upon arrival, the code to the door didn't work. When I called her, she very rudely told me I was doing it wrong and try again in 5 minutes. Still didn't work. Turns out she hadn't activated the code. No apology. Then at 9:00 pm that night, an alarm started going off. We tried everything we could to turn it off and eventually sent her a message at 9:45 pm - no response. By 9:00 am the following morning (almost 12 hours later after a sleepless night with an ongoing alarm), I texted her directly. She told me she had been busy the previous night so didn't receive my message until midnight but didn't respond. Nor did she respond the following morning, despite knowing that we were battling with an ongoing alarm. Again, no apology. I asked her how to turn it off - response was "I don't know." She gave me a code and told me to push "random buttons." We eventually managed to turn the alarm off with the code but it continued to go off throughout our stay. I could go on but there is limited space. Property manager is a disaster - avoid
