Lovely property in a great location! House was clean and well-kept, and the back yard/patio was lovely! Enjoyed our stay in Church Hill and will hopefully be back next time we're in RVA.

Wanted to check out Carytown, Richmond for the weekend and really enjoyed staying at this home. It was clean, had all the home needs you could imagine and was perfect for us as we had to bring out dog and the fenced in back yard was perfect. I would definitely recommend staying here.

Our little dog loved exploring and running around in the back yard! There were lots of places to eat that were within walking distance, and several parks nearby. There was a brief issue with the code to get in, but the host was immediately available and it was quickly resolved. The bed was also had one of the most comfortable mattresses we’ve ever slept on!

Very nice apartment within a block of Jefferson Park (which is gorgeous), and within walking distance of St. John's Church, the Poe Museum, and Libby Hill Park. Easy access to downtown Richmond, and I-95. A bit short of ice trays (there was one), the hallway floor is tough to "sneak" around upon (to the bath and back) as it creaks quite loudly, and the front (outside) steps are pretty steep to lack a hand rail. On the other hand, the onsite washer/dryer combo makes a week long stay MUCH more pleasant. Unit is neat, clean, and functional. Great place for a small family for multi day stays.

Check in process was difficult with the batteries on the key box dead, so we were instructed to get a key from the mailbox out front. Host asked us to retrieve packages which were delivered for them. My dad who was staying there couldnt sleep very well with a lot of noise upstairs at night

The house was comfortable and nicely furnished, host left supplies, and clear instructions and was very good at communicating. My husband and I were very satisfied with our stay. The only things I would know is the property is not very accessible for individuals with movement disabilities. The front steps are wide, spaced, and uneven. I know this is due to the historical nature of the property, but it should be noted.
