Exactly what I needed

My stay in Richmond was for a short work trip and the location of the rental was perfect. Close enough to tons of activities in walking distance and a short drive to some of the outer Richmond areas.

Weekend at VCU

Not for everyone.

The photos in the listing are generous. The unit is in below average condition. If there are guests upstairs, you can hear them well, especially if they are up and playing music between 1:00 am and 6:00 am. Fine location for a party get away. Poor experience.

Well located, cozy spot

Place is as advertised. Great location near VCU, close to good restaurants, walkable to so many things. Exactly what my wife and I needed for one night while in town for the Richmond Marathon. Check-in and responsiveness from host was great throughout our short stay. Only drawback was the premium pricing we paid due to the marathon.

We loved staying here! It was lovely eating dinner on the back deck. I slept in the front room on the comfy day bed while my parents took the bedroom - it was easy to share space and fun to be downtown!

Great location, good space for up to 4

The apartment is larger than it looks in the picture. It’s a bit dark except for the living room/bedroom but comfortable for a family of 4. It was well equipped and clean. The location is perfect. The only downside was the noisy guests in the apartment above (fortunately we spent most of the day out so we only heard them for a short time)

Great place but a little tired

Great host, convenient locations, and large space with nice accommodations. I removed a star because the interior hall needs painting and the exterior is a bit run down. None of this can be seen from the photos so our initial reaction from this was worry, but it was a delightful stay.

This lovely, immaculate, well stocked property was conveniently located to VCU as well as other popular destinations in the Fan. Bed was comfortable, appliances worked well, and parking was easy. Hosts were very easy to communicate with. We would definitely stay again!

A great location in The Fan

A wonderful place to immerse yourself in Richmond’s historic Fan District. Very nice first floor accommodations with off-street parking (a must) with so many great places to eat and explore without getting into your car. Very comfortable living area with a nice little sitting area out back. A little gem.

Wonderful, Easy, and Relaxing Place

Check in process was very easy and the house is located in a very good location. There were two well sized rooms and a kitchen along with a back patio. And siting space in the hallway! The master bedroom is very comfortably and well decorated. The kitchen fully functional and stocked with kitchen utensils. Overall stay was very nice and I would highly recommend. The owner was also very kind and accommodating!!!

Charmingly quirky space, easy for two married couples. Excellent use of space, immaculate, welcoming, everything was very well done. Even a parking space directly out of the back door. We will gladly rent again.

Quick Stayover

We came into town at 4pm with our two kids and dog to stay over the weekend after Thanksgiving. We found a very clean apartment that was exactly as described. Private parking was a plus. Easy to hear people staying over in apartment above but they quieted down come bedtime. Thanks for a great stay, the snacks were very much appreciated for my hungry kiddos!

Convenient Location

My brother and I stayed here and we had all our needs met. The place was clean and beds and linens were comfortable. We were supplied coffee, tea, snacks, water, and even some wine! It's a little weird with the couch and TV being in one bedroom but we knew that ahead of time and it worked fine for us. Loved having the parking in the back so I didn't have to deal with street parking, and they were even able to accommodate our request for an earlier check in.

Beautiful Place to Stay!

It's was Me & my 3 son's ages 5,9 &15. This place was even better than the pictures!!! Loved our stay I would highly recommend it! The back privet area is perfect! Lovely quiet place to relax from long drive to and from Florida! Just perfect! I give this property a 10 ⭐ 's ALL Around!!! 5 ⭐'s is not enough for this property. Thanks so much for having us! Definitely will be returning in the future 😉
