“Overall, the property is beautiful. The layout of pool patio beach and dock is very effective. However, there are significant problems summarized here:Showers leak;No blinds on west side of main living area which results in blinding sunlight in the pm.Hot Tub cover defective: straps do not match wall brackets. Opens in strong wind.Pool cover does not work. Wall switch non functioning.Lack of umbrellas for beach.Poor communication: no floor plans,Was told no loungers at beach, are in fact two.”
