“Location is a nice walk to the gondola, however they never advertised this as ski-in/ski-out in their defense…WIFI really slow and intermittent…did not have any password or numeric sequence to get into condo and would have been a conundrum had not Marcus been serendipitously there when we drove up…”

“The view was breathtaking! The lift was closed had it been open it was literally In the backyard of the property! The reservation and communication with the owner was excellent. All of amenities you could need were provided in the home. ”

“This place was excellent! Two of us stayed here and had an awesome time. The location is super convenient to Lift 7, the walking path along the river and everything else in Telluride. The unit was clean and updated. The perfect space for 2-3 adults. The hot tub was also very relaxing after a day on the slopes. Would highly recommend! Thanks for a great stay!”

“5 Star Location…2 Star accommodations. We loved the location to everything in town. Very convenient. The unit itself is run down and in need of repairs which I’m sure we are not the first to bring to their attention. The user manual has no additional information than the check in instructions. TV instructions wouldBe helpful. Messages sent were responded to quickly so we appreciated that. They fail to mention in the listing or in a separate message that the building has roof repairs...
