- A fully fitted kitchen including: an electric kettle, two ovens, a microwave, a dishwasher, a range cooker, a coffee machine, a high-top dining area for breakfast and a dining corner.

- A utility area comprising a fridge, dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer, ironing board and iron, and an additional sink
- A separate toilet

On the first floor, you will find:
