Beautiful two-bedroom apartment located on the Dutch border near Maastricht. This apartment is on the first and second floors and has recently been completely renovated. It was designed by the design team at Studio DIP, a young and creative design studio.

The apartment is located in a large house with parking available right outside the door. Amenities such as a supermarket, bakery, butcher, convenience store, newsstand, and bus stop are all within a short walking distance. Maastricht and the surrounding area, known as the Heuvelland, are famous for their beautiful cycling and hiking trails. You have the option to store your locked bicycle in a private storage room.

The house has two entrance doors. Upon entering the central hallway, you’ll find the door leading to the apartment.

In the hallway, you’ll find the staircase leading up to your apartment. You’ll then enter a hallway with two doors, the restroom, and the heating/storage room. Adjacent to this hallway are the living room, dining room, and kitchen. The kitchen and dining room are fully equipped for a cozy meal. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the kitchenware and appliances you’ll need, including a refrigerator, freezer, oven, ceramic cooktop, dishwasher, microwave, electric kettle, and coffee maker. Your first cup of coffee or tea is on the house. We’ll also provide you with all the basic essentials, such as towels, dishcloths, a mop, paper towels, toilet paper, dishwasher tablets, and laundry detergent. One floor up are the two bedrooms, each equipped with two single box-spring beds, a nightstand, and storage for clothes. There is also a bathroom with a toilet. It features a large walk-in shower, a spacious sink, and storage. You can also do laundry here. A washer/dryer combo, drying rack, ironing board, and iron are provided. In the summer, you can step out from the living room onto the rooftop terrace. Here, you can enjoy the sun with a refreshing drink on the lounge sofa or fire up a delicious BBQ.

The apartment is completely smoke-free. Pets are not allowed. This apartment has friendly neighbors who get along well with one another. We’d like to keep it that way. Please treat the home and its interior with respect, as if it were your own.
