The ground floor also includes a fully equipped open kitchen fitted with an oven, a dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, a microwave, a freezer, and an electric coffee machine, as well as a separate shower room with WC. The first bedroom on this level features 2 beds measuring 120 cm in width and 200 cm in length, while the second bedroom includes a dressing room and a French bed measuring 180 cm in width and 210 cm in length, accompanied by a private bathroom with bath, shower, bidet, and WC. Both bedrooms on this floor offer direct access to the terrace and the swimming pool.
The upper floor, accessible via an exterior staircase, is organized into 2 distinct living areas.
