Turtle Rock Cabin se encuentra aislado en una propiedad boscosa privada, y se encuentra en el hermoso valle de Shenandoah, a 15 minutos de la ciudad de Luray y a 30 minutos de muchas atracciones populares como el Parque Nacional Shenandoah, el río Shenandoah y las cavernas de Luray.  

Esta acogedora y lujosa cabaña tiene capacidad para hasta 4 personas (se pueden permitir hasta dos personas más bajo solicitud) y está totalmente equipada para discapacitados, y cuenta con dos camas queen, mientras que el tercer dormitorio tiene una cama doble.

* Tenga en cuenta que las sábanas NO están incluidas. Le invitamos a traer sus propias sábanas y toallas o con gusto le proporcionaremos ropa de cama por una tarifa adicional.

El aire acondicionado mantiene las cosas frescas en verano, y una chimenea eléctrica en la habitación principal promete estancias acogedoras en los meses más fríos. Al aire libre, hay dos cubiertas grandes, una bañera de hidromasaje de lujo y una parrilla de barbacoa.

  • The beautiful tiger at the Luray Rescue Zoo. This zoo holds animals that are unable to be cared for any more or should never have become House pets to begin with. The man that owns the place was born and raised in an animal loving family and his respect and love for the animals show through his interactions and knowledge. You can schedule a behind the scenes tour of the zoo if you call ahead. During this tour I was able to pet a porcupine, feeds goats, feed bananas to a lemur, and feed the tiger pictured. Everything we wanted, great stay with 5. Good yard space, hot tub and fire pit were both really nice. If you’re staying with 4, the one bathroom can be a little crowded but we had no issues!

This was a beautifully decorated cozy cabin tucked into the woods. The hot tub on the back deck was just what we were looking for. In addition the firepit in the back yard was a great way to take in all the stars and constilations. Think we may have even had sights of the Milky Way. We heard a Bard Owl from the back yard. The location was very close to the downtown area and all the parks. A great escape from the hustle and bustle of city life. The sofas were AMAZING, So comfortable for snuggling up watching movies, and football.

My mom and I stayed the weekend here and really loved it. The cabin was beautiful, just as pictured. Everything was clean, check in and out process was easy and clear instructions. We plan on coming back in the future again for a longer stay.

This cabin was so cute and cozy! Jackie was amazingly communicative. The area is just beautiful with nature and privacy. The property and cabin itself is very well taken care of. Would definitely recommend for a weekend away.

Practically perfect. The accessibility was perfect. Possibly one of the best stocked kitchen for my chef husband. Location to Luray perfect. Porch & swing great. Communication from host instant. The corn hole perfect for kids. To make it 7 star, dark towels for hot tub, maybe some mini shower wash & shampoo bits, compared to the well stocked kitchen. Consider an electric roof cover for hot tub on those hotter days. But this did not distract from a great stay.

Tranquil stay after family hiking trip

We loved staying at Turtle Rock Cabin so much. The property manager was an excellent communicator and everything we could possibly need was at the cabin. It was clean, welcoming and just what our family needed after two days of intense hiking. We would love to return one day!

Pleasant and Peaceful Stay

We had a great family time at this beautiful cabin. Our children loved it. Jackie was very friendly and easy to reach out. Bit away from skyline drive but close to Shenandoah River State Park. Everything was within the drive of 15-30 mins. The check out policy had almost everything to clean so we did clean as per checklist though VRBO charged 100 as cleaning fee. Rest all was amazing .

Beautiful spot

Our group really enjoyed our peaceful stay at the Turtle Rock cabin! Very clean and well-appointed, and a great jumping-off point for visiting Luray, exploring the Skyline Drive, and boating on the river.

Mixed feelings

The cabin itself was in a nice, secluded area. However, 1 night a pitbull showed up while we were sitting on the porch and other night a german shephard showed up. We didn't stay out long enough to see if they were friendly or not. On 2 nights a neighbor was doing target shooting which was a bit unnerving as there is only a tree line seperating the homes. When we arrived it was 85 degrees and the ac had not been turned on and it took a good 6 hours for the cabin to cool down. Along with that we had to make the beds, the sheets and pillow cases were in a clear plastic bag as was all of the towels, thought that was odd. The kitchen was well stocked but if you go make sure to take your own personal care items.

This place is amazing. The property gives you privacy and is absolutely beautiful. There’s a small nature trail behind the house that our kids loved exploring. There’s a local bunny that comes to eat grass and a couple horses next door. They’re all calm and sweet. The stars at night are amazing out back. The cabin is beautiful and spacious.
