Casa Kristina at Pools & Sandy Beach

Located in beautiful Puntas, directly between two of Rincon's most iconic beaches, Pools Beach and Sandy Beach, Casa Kristina offers 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and 2 kitchens. The home is set up as two separate units (connected by stairs on the exterior only) offering privacy within the property for your large group (10 max). Casa Kristina has been fully renovated in 2022.

The first floor is a one bedroom suite with a barn style door to separate areas and convert to a 2 bedroom (both with separate access from the outdoor patio). There is a king size bed in the main area and 2 full size futons in the lounge room/2nd bedroom. The first floor full kitchen also has it's own access along with an additional living area.

The second floor is a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom suite with a full kitchen, spacious living area and large outdoor porch with a stunning ocean view. Primary bedroom-1 king size bed, Bedroom 2-2 full size beds, Bedroom 3-1 queen size bed

Great decor, intelligent layout and convenient location make Casa Kristina the perfect home away from home. Stay in and fix a home cooked meal in either of the two fully equipped kitchens or take advantage of the local bars/restaurants all within walking distance. Take your pick between two gorgeous beaches; Pools beach, great for snorkeling, surfing, and lounging, is just a 20 second walk to the South while Sandy Beach with excellent swimming, miles of explorable pristine sand, and beach-front bars is just a 20 second walk to the North. Take a dip in the private pool and fade away to the soothing waterfall sounds. Situated in a small, 'tucked away' neighborhood this home offers enough privacy with great local hot spots still within reach.

Cancellation Policy
Guest receives 100.00% (less $500.00 cancellation fee) if cancellation occurs at least 90 days before arrival; No refunds within 90 days of arrival.
