Inside, you`ll find two spacious bedrooms (with a king and queen bed), a full bathroom, and an outdoor shower for those post-beach rinse offs. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to whip up a delicious meal, and the living area comes with cable and WiFi for your entertainment.

As a guest, you`ll have access to gated entry and community laundry facilities. The property is located in the Puntas neighborhood of Rincon, just above Sandy Beach and within walking distance of surfing, dining, and shopping.

We understand the importance of a worry-free vacation, so we have a backup generator on the property to ensure your comfort in the event of a power outage. We are always just a phone call or message away for any of your needs or questions.

During your stay, there are plenty of activities to keep you busy, such as surfing, paddleboarding, horseback riding, scuba diving, and sail charters. You can also check out the local Farmer`s Market every Sunday and Artwalk every Thursday.
