“Property was listed. Very nice, located in a safe community along the swimmable beach. Yes swimmable and sandy beach. The house is in a great location, walking distance to many restaurants, eateries, grocery stores and more. “Phenomenal little bit of paradise with a lively reef right off shore that makes snorkeling easy and entertaining yet still gives plenty of sandy bottom to swim and refresh in before you hit it. Pool immediately seaside gives you no reason to leave unless you want to. Highly recommend. ”

“The place was perfect for us 5 couples. Some recommendations for the manager, when renting a 5 bedroom house you have to assume there is a lot of people staying so more then 1 towel per person would be needed for a week long stay. A Greek coffee maker is not sufficient and we went out and purchased one on the first day, asked the manager about it and low and behold in the storage of the house they had a 12 cup coffee maker. Our main complaint was lack of storage or drawers for us. O y one...

“Our family of 9 had a wonderful time at this home- it was perfect for all ages. We had space to all spread out, as well as plenty of communal spaces for us to hang out together. The pool was great and there were plenty of nearby beaches for our surfers and sand fans! We loved the views, and everything about the property was very comfortable and easy to enjoy. There were lovely features like the outdoor grill space, kitchen ice maker, drink fridge, and plenty of indoor and outdoor dining spaces....

“We enjoyed a wonderful week here. The location is a stones throw from the beach with a great tidal pool that our 4 year old loved. The Villa had everything we needed for a relaxing vacation. Tim’s recommendations and great communication made our trip smooth and easy. We enjoyed surfing with Rincon Paddleboards and dining at Casa Islena. We can’t wait to return!”

“Beautiful home. Had everything we needed for a great stay in Rincón for our group of 5. Whoever designed and built the home has great attention to detail. Great communication and instructions. Note the location differs from the VRBO map. Home is on 413 near the restaurant La Cantina (which was pretty good)”
