The modern kitchen has a 10 person dining table and opens to the outdoor terrace dining and hot tub through French Doors. Please note: one bedroom is built into the roof space and has steep stairs not suitable for the aged and toddlers.

The unique feature is the landscaped lawn, trees & mature gardens, which is gated, fenced and private to the cottage. The property backs on to Ringwood Forest with miles and miles of walks and cycling areas, including the Castleman Trailways and Moors Valley Country Park.

The location is also conveniently close to the A338/A31 for easy access to both the New Forest (10 mins), Bournemouth Beach (15 mins), and multiple Dorset/Hampshire pubs and restaurants
