“Un poco viejas las instalaciones. El aire acondicionado no servia y pusieron dos ventiladores pequeños muy ruidosos. Poca presión del agua. 3 piso sin elevador y la recámara en el tapa con. Subir y bajar escaleras para ir al baño.”

“We stayed in room 118 at the very end of the corridor. The room itself is nice but the sea view was largely blocked by an ugly storage building and the WiFi struggled to reach us. There was no lift from the reception down to the 1st floor. We had to go down a flight of stairs wheel down a ramp and across to the lift. Not the best set up though we were told by the receptionist, this does seem like a key area for improvement. The breakfast was average but at least walkable to the downtown area...

“Fantastic cabins that were much larger than we anticipated. The galley-like kitchen had everything you needed. The bathroom was massive with a double jetted tub and the AC/heating unit worked perfectly. The location and views were great. The staff were really friendly when we showed up and helpful throughout our stay. We would definitely recommend staying here if you’re in the Campbell River area.”

“This property is in a great location with fantastic views of discovery passage. Clean, comfortable and well equipped this was one of the best stays my family and I have ever had in a VRBO. Owners were responsive and helpful when needed, gave us our space when we were there and offered to help if we needed any with places to go or things to do. Lots of games on hand for the kids. Overall this was a fantastic little gem of a home. You can relax inside or out, walk right into town if you wanted to...

“The wifi was not working when we arrived so my husband managed to find the breaker box and flipped the breaker, (which was tripped).The wifi being connected to the front door lock was a bit of an issue and we were not able to unlock the front door for about 1.5 hours until the property manager unlocked it remotely.Otherwise it was a decent stay.”

“The older house is in need of some tlc. When we arrived there was a strong odor in the house and we had to open the doors and windows to get rid of the smell. The supplies in the kitchen were minimal. There was salt and pepper and coffee. A burnt out coffee pot, no corkscrew. The living room sofa was dirty. Blind in the bathroom broken. The pillows were old and worn. The high way is about 50 meters from the house and there’s a sewage outlet into the ocean right next to the house. We had to take...
