“ Nice place. Good breakfast. It's a little tricky to get there if you're unfamiliar with the Charlottesville mixing bowl of intersections with 64. And I'd recommend better signage in the hallways to get back to the lobby. Otherwise it's great. I'll be back!”

“It’s a beautiful property. Comfortable bed. Room is very small: bed, refrigerator, tv, dresser, iron / iron board. No desk or chair. Some muggy smell but not something extreme. That did call me to offer me the Vacation Club but did not insist. Overall it’s good to just sleep and bathe. If you want to sit back you can do it in the porch or lobby area but not in your room unless you do it in bed. ”

“I can’t imagine a more idilic place than this! The ground was breathtaking, the cabins were charming, the manor was carefully preserved and exquisitely decorated in every way, historical yet fully updated. The owners Jim and T were cheerful and friendly, and their dogs were quiet and sweet. I thoroughly enjoyed our stay there!”

“Nos fue muy bien. Solo tengo una queja, use el traslado al aeropuerto y la verdad el trato del chofer deja mucho que desear muy poco amable. Lamentable.”

“Unbeatable location, ease of access, a beautifully appointed historical space with a large, very comfortable bed and linens. The inn had everything one could need for a short or longer term stay! Jake and the rest of the staff were so friendly, welcoming, accomodating and communicative. ”

“It was a pretty good stay, a body pillow would’ve made the stay better. Shower pressure was a little low and a hand held shower head would help with the low pressure so you could get the soap off better. It is nice having the complimentary bath supplies. $6 for a bottle of water is a little steep so I didn’t partake of it. I like fancy water but that was a little excessive. I will stay again if needed in Charlottesville it’s a good location and feels pretty safe with the lighting at night. ”

“Great amenities. Enjoyed the spa, steam room, bar,falcon class, hiking trails and more. I was surprised the heated pools were open in February next time I'm bringing my bathing suit for some winter swimming. Our room was in the 700 building overlooking the lake. It did have a mini fridge that was a nice surprise. It didn't have elevator so conceige kindly carried my luggage up the stairs to the second floor. Our room did have an updated bathroom and a small outdoor balcony overlooking the lake....
