This was our second stay at this gorgeous home, and it won't be our last! So tranquil, and sitting outside in the yard is like a vacation. The interior is beautifully decorated and is stocked with anything you could possibly need. The hosts are kind and lovely people, and only a phone call away if needed.

We had a nice stay here for the Xmas holiday. The house was festive with holiday decorations. Plenty of space here for us and good privacy between the rooms. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. The living room was great for gathering and watching movies. We did not use the outdoor spaces but at the right time of year it would have been great to be out there.

Awesome house and hostess. Great for entertaining large groups. Very comfortable and nicely decorated with great ambiance.Hostess very responsive with questions, and extras for our dog and a welcome basket of snacks were provided. Kitchen had everything you could possibly need.

Nicolle is a hostest with the mostest. Every aspect of the home was well equipped. It had all the cooking equipment needed x 2. Nicolle left a stocked pantry and fridge for us to enjoy and made the shopping much easier. The house had 4 lovely, well appointed bedrooms, a hot tub, firepit, Gill and griddle, with outside dining and living furniture. Great access to wifi, TV, Music inside and outside. Nicolle also provided great advice on where to go, what to see and where to eat. We had a great stay. See the listing photos for a good sense of the place with is well appointed and maintained.

Beautiful Trifecta!

Words and pictures cannot describe the beauty-inside and out of this luxurious home. Every room is filled with Decor that is lovingly hand picked by the host with local and professional art. The bedrooms were large and comfortable with top of the line beds and bedding . The open spaced kitchen and living room were both comfortable and inviting. Don’t let me forget to share how well stocked the kitchen was. It had EVERYTHING you could possible need or want. The outside patio was filled with chairs, couches; a table that seated six and outside kitchen that made it easy to prepare dinner and still be with your guests. But, the most wonderful part of the outside was the way that it laid out so that every night the most beautiful Sandia mountains were on full, glorious view at sunset.The home was breathtaking, but the graciousness of Nicholle, our host, was exceptional. From the moment I signed the contract, Nicholle sent me suggestions as to where to eat and what to see in the area. She gave us the regular tourist information, but she shared local secrets and places to go that were part of the ‘real’ Abuquerque . We were welcomed with a goody basket ( giant) that was hand picked because of our dietary needs. She left soda and water. She checked in the day before we arrived and checked on us the day after. Bottom line: we had six women friends ranging in ages from 18-78 that were looking for a week of pampering and fun. We found it! Thank you! We will be back! It was heaven!!

Best stay in 30 years!

First, the pictures do not do this place justice- the place itself is truly idyllic- the outdoor space creates an oasis, and we spent so much time under the shade outdoors with warm summer breezes. The indoors are immaculately clean with more supplies and better appliances than we have ever seen in these kind of luxury rentals. The other thing to say, is that Nicolle is a supersupersuper host- she was in close communication, was incredibly warm-spirited and had an abundant welcome basket for us, and made sure everything was just so for our week long stay. We are going to definitely stay here again, and we would follow Nicolle and Robert's properties to the ends of the earth! Highly, highly recommend!

UNM Graduation 25

Nicolle and her husband were amazing hosts. Went above and beyond to provide everything we could need to celebrate our daughter’s college graduation. The beds were very comfortable and plenty of space for family and friends. Backyard is great for outdoor dining and relaxing. The bbq grills made cooking outside a lot of fun. Would definitely stay at this house again if we get the chance.

Great way to see ABQ/Santa Fe region

We are so grateful to have found this truly stunning home to make our home base in our New Mexico vacation. We got a call ahead of time to check in that the rooms would be set up to our specifications and to let us know a gift basket would be awaiting us. I was able to request it be nut free for our family, which was great. We arrived to find a beautiful and overly generous gift basket, wine, and even half and half for our coffee in the fridge. The home truly has everything you would need and was so welcoming.If I had any constructive feedback it would be that the Queen bedroom could use an additional curtain to block the light (all other rooms have heavy blackout curtains). I personally found the king beds that could transform to twin a bit lumpy, but I still slept well and everyone else in our group of 7 were quite comfy.Take the time to figure out how to use the fancy coffee machine for an indulgent wakeup coffee to enjoy outside with the view.We would 100% stay here again and try to spend more time at the house enjoying the beautiful space.

Absolutely incredible!

My famly of 4 (two teens) thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this gorgeous home. The open kitchen was easy to work in and stocked with anything you could think. We particularly loved the outdoor backyard space including a nice hot tub and great views. Bedrooms had the most comfortable mattresses and pillows and, like the rest of the house, decorated beautifully. The bathrooms were clean and well-stocked with every day items one might forget to pack.Nicolle was amazing! She was very thorough in explaining how the rental procedure works. was thoughtful and even grabbed a few groceries for us since we were arriving at midnight. She was available any time we had questions or wanted a recommendation.I've rented many vacation homes and the service and space of this home is top-notch!

Couldn’t Be Better

This property far exceeds any VRBO we have ever stayed in. It is beautiful, high end and stocked with anything you could want even at your own home. The beds are luxurious, everything is spotless clean and the backyard is a fantastic place to relax. ABQ paradise

Absolutely amazing! Host has decorated the interior and exterior like an interior designer. She had a welcome basket filled with snacks and had champagne and beer cooling. Fresh eggs from her hens and the best gourmet espresso coffee ever was provided. The backyard paradise had beautiful views of the Sandia mountains and the pond was so relaxing. Nicolle thought of everything and this was the most well stocked home. Hope to return soon!

Great backyard!

We so enjoyed this home! The backyard was so restful! Had a great time eating out there! I really enjoyed photographing the bees on the trumpet vines and the hummingbirds bathing in the fountain. Great Graduation

We stayed here for my daughter’s graduation from UNM. Nicole was wonderful as a host. Very easy to communicate with and made sure every detail of our stay was perfect. The house was perfect with plenty of room for everyone. Highly recommend!

Great Experience! Love the Attention to Detail!

I rarely leave reviews, but our beautiful experience in this home was something exceptional, and I feel compelled to express my thoughts. First, the home itself is absolutely beautiful, the interior design was stunning, it is very clean, and all furniture and materials were nothing but the best. The beds were also very comfortable and the home well laid out for us. If that were all, then that would be enough to leave a great review. However, the property owners were just fantastic to work with. They paid attention to every detail of our stay. They had surprises and goodies for us that just made our arrival and stay exceptional. We really and truly appreciated the care extended for my family. The only thing I would want is to be able to get to come back soon.

Beautiful, beautiful property!

There is a reason that I keep staying at Nicolle and Robert's properties, they really are amazing! This home is beautiful. We especially loved sitting outside in the back listening to the relaxing sound of the fountain. The firepit was great, as are the heaters that are outside (if it's chilly). All of the rooms in this home are beautiful and so well equipped, you won't want for anything. We did not spend a lot of time inside, as the back yard area is so comfortable! We appreciated all of the little extra touches. Any issues or questions, Nicolle is just a text away and any issues are dealt with quickly. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home, can't wait to stay again!

Excellent Hosts/Excellent Property/Excellent Experience

This is a beautiful property with all amenities--and then some--that one could imagine. Nicolle and Robert are quintessential hosts, available to assist at any time. A simple text and Nicolle would have response. Her recommendations for lunch/dinner places in ALBQ and Santa Fe were excellent. As to the property, the hot tub, the fireplace, and the backyard are amazing with the view of mountains and the famous air balloons--we caught one on a Saturday! We were two families and celebrated our daughter's birthday at this stunning place. ALL IN ALL A FIVE STAR PLACE. Thank you Nicolle and Robert. We will certainly return. Rio Rancho get away

Beautiful home and property. Beautifully decorated. I stayed there with my husband, mother, sister and four kids. We all had great rooms and the bathrooms were very nice. The kitchen and living room were very spacious and had everything we needed. We enjoyed the beautiful backyard and Jacuzzi. I will definitely be staying here again!

This property is amazing! We enjoyed the holiday decorations, fully stocked kitchen and bathrooms. The basket of goodies was a big hit with the kids! Nicolle and Robert were wonderful hosts! We can't wait to return!

Fabulous place!

We loved our stay! So well equipped with everything for the kitchen, bedrooms, bathrooms, large towels for the hot tub, outside lights... Communication with Nicolle was great! She connected with us from the moment we booked, kept us posted on check-in time, and immediately responded when we texted with a question. Definitely would stay again if we came back to the area!!
