From the moment we were greeted by our host at the parking garage (who later also assisted with our luggage), to the moment we said goodbye, the customer service and communication was excellent. “Toller Gastgeber. Paolo war sehr freundlich und stets bemüht, der Check‑in verlief reibungslos.Der Zustand des Hauses und der Einrichtungen entsprach jedoch nicht unseren Erwartungen. Bei der Ankunft war die Küche kaum gereinigt, die Spülmaschine war innen verschmutzt und funktionierte nicht.
