Villa Torre is an old farmhouse very close to the village of Ripatransone, in the south of the Marche region.
The property extends along the side of a hill, surrounded by olive trees, vineyards and fields, with a wonderful view over the surrounding countryside, from the Adriatic Sea to the Sibillini Mountains, with the historic village of Ripatransone behind it. Ripatransone is surrounded by an ancient curtain wall and within its historic centre boasts building from the Middle Ages, Renaissance and Baroque: the Cathedral, the Sanctuary of the Madonna di San Giovanni, the Palazzo Comunale, the Palazzo del Podestà, the Mercatini Theatre. The town is located in a so scenic position as to deserve the nickname "Overlook of Piceno". It is famous for its very narrow street: the "Italian narrowest alley", only 43 centimetres wide! The typical dishes of this area are flavoured with extra virgin olive oil and tasted with DOC wines such as Falerio dei Colli Ascolani and the Rosso Piceno Superiore.
Other small and charming villages nearby are: Offida, Ascoli Piceno, Acquaviva Picena and Fermo.
The Adriatic coast is only a 10 minutes drive and offers kilometers of promenade called "Riviera delle Palme", between the towns of Cupra Marittima, Grottammare and San Benedetto del Tronto; with beaches of very fine golden sand, shallow water, many bars and restaurant for a lively nightlife. Moreover a convenient cycle path allows you to enjoy the panorama and go through the 10 thematic gardens located along the coast.
In the garden, the driveway leads down to the heated swimming pool with stunning views over the valley.
The pool has an area with 4 hydro-massage seats and, in the main pool, a hydro-massage water cannon for a pleasant neck massage.
The solarium area, paved with brick, is equipped with sun loungers, deck chairs and sun umbrellas. There also two bathrooms with shower.
In the garden there are bushes and trees of the Mediterranean area.
At guests' disposal also a panoramic binoculars, table tennis and table football.
The property is fully fenced. Cars can easily park on the property, closed by an automatic gate and where there are 3 parking spaces in the shade.
Villa Torre is an old farmhouse built in 1600 totally restored, which is on three levels.
From the porch (80 sq.m.) you enter the ground floor of the house, with a fully equipped kitchen with an oven, a side-by-side fridge-freezer, a dishwasher and a microwave, open plan lounge and dining room with fireplace and a Satellite Smart TV, a double bedroom, a bathroom with shower and a laundry room. Climbing a few stairs, you reach a bedroom with twin beds which can be pushed together.
An external stone staircase leads to the first floor, where there are:
- a living room with a double sofa bed, a fridge, a Satellite Smart TV and an infrared sauna;
- two double bedrooms;
- a bathroom with a shower and a whirlpool bathtub;
- a bathroom with shower;
- in the tower, a bedroom with twin beds which can be pushed together.
All bedrooms are equipped with a Smart TV.
The ground floor entrance is shaded by a spacious and panoramic porch, ideal for outdoor dining or just relaxing, fitted with sofas and armchairs.
Near the entrance on the first floor, a delightful terrace (20 sq.m.) furnished with table and chairs for outdoor breakfasts.
The villa is equipped with air conditioning: on the ground floor, one unit is located in the living area, while a second unit, positioned at the beginning of the corridor, provides cooling for the sleeping area. On the first floor, each of the three bedrooms has independent air conditioning.
Originally intended for drying bricks, retained, after careful restoration, the original vaults and cross vaults and ancient wooden roofs and tiles. Intact, even the old cracks on the walls, which were used to ventilate the characteristic rooms placed on various levels up to the tower. The skilled care in the restoration and the elegance of the interiors, are features of this villa that enjoys an incredible panoramic view.

The rental price includes:
fully cleaned property equipped with linen and towels; weekly linen change; pool towels; final cleaning; utilities (electricity - water - gas for kitchen use); air conditioning; Wi-Fi; pool and garden maintenance; a maxi beach umbrella (3.5 m) with 4 sun loungers, 2 director's chairs and a table at a beach club in Cupra Marittima (available approximately from early June to early September); policy "Easy Rent" (additional insurance coverage for accidental damage to the property, up to a maximum coverage of € 3.000,00 and subject to limitations).

The rental price does not include (to be paid upon arrival):

Check-In: from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m.
Check-Out: from 8.00 a.m. to 9.30 a.m.

Heated Pool:
- Opening period: from 15th May to 01st November
- Water temperature: The pool is equipped with a heating system that keeps the water at a temperature of approximately 28°C, allowing guests to enjoy the pool even during spring and early autumn.
