Lake House Cabin es una cabaña de madera rústica de 800 pies cuadrados que se asoma a un hermoso lago y a la montaña Lookout. Está ubicado en la Reserva en Johnson's Crook. The Preserve es un área de 2800 acres ubicada en Rising Fawn Ga. Estamos a 35 millas de Chattanooga Tn y 2 horas de Atlanta Ga., Nashville Tn., Knoxville Tn. y Birmingham Al.

Ven y quédate en esta hermosa cabaña de madera rústica y disfruta de los sonidos de la naturaleza. Alquilar esta cabaña le da acceso a múltiples lagos de pesca. Estamos a 30 minutos del centro de Chattanooga, donde puede disfrutar del Acuario de Tennessee, dar un paseo por el puente de Walnut Street y disfrutar de Coolidge Park o visitar Rock City o Ruby Falls. Estamos a 15 minutos del Parque Estatal Cloudland Canyon, donde puede disfrutar de kilómetros de senderos para caminatas. Estamos a 20 minutos del Wilderness Outdoor Movie Theatre si desea ir al cine. Si nos visita durante los meses más fríos cuando el Teatro Wilderness está cerrado, hay otro teatro al aire libre en Henagar Al. que está abierto todo el año y está a unos 30 minutos de nosotros.

La cabina tiene una cerradura de puerta codificada. Enviaré a los invitados un mensaje con el código el día antes de que estén programados para llegar. Además, no hay internet en la cabina, por lo que no hay wifi.

Se permite pescar desde su porche trasero o puede pescar en cualquiera de los otros lagos ubicados en la Reserva (no se requiere licencia de pesca). Solo traiga su propio equipo de pesca. Bote de remos disponible (no se permiten botes con motores).

Our second time staying at this cabin. We’ve deemed it one of our favorite places. Rustic, peaceful, comfortable… if you need to unplug, this is your spot. Private lake perfect for kayaking, fishing off the dock right at the house, porch sitting, game playing and REST.

Fun little rustic cabin

We enjoyed the tranquility and simplicity of this cabin perched on its little lake. Had everything we needed (plus a lot more for outdoor stuff that we didn't use). Enjoyed sitting on the deck looking at the view.

Weekend getaway!

We rented this place based on the lake front and view. My son had decided this was the perfect place to propose to his girlfriend. This cabin did not disappoint. It was a little small but lacked for nothing. The host was very responsive and check in was seemless. Would 100% recommend.

Mother and Son Get Away

There were lots of spider webs on the outside of the cabin that needed to be cleaned and the paddle boat is under water so it could not be used. The grill would not start so had to put in a new battery for it to work. These were a few minor things. We loved our trip and fishing.

Owner can do a better job of maintaining and updating property. Some light bulbs out, no instructions for operating AC or leaving the house. Floorplan not friendly to seniors with bedrooms upstairs and bathroom downstairs, and no closets. We enjoyed the lake, but not necessarily the house. Grill starter broken, sofa needs replacing, paddle boat flooded. More maintenance.

Over all we enjoyed our get away. The only draw back was no hot water. Only cold. We saw nowhere that it might be turned on. We were given no phone numbers to call for help with this. Only email.

Best First Family Retreat

This was the start of a family tradition of renting a cabin and just relaxing. The cabin was as described, cozy and very inviting. Everything was clean and if we forgot anything, it was stocked with essentials. Excellent communication.

Great views, peaceful location

This is our 6th trip to this cabin. We love it here. We come for a quiet peaceful trip. We love fishing in the lake, the views and all the wildlife we see. The only recommendations I ever have are I wish there was a washer and dryer. Simply because of how dirty we get with outside activities and having to hold those dirty clothes until we get home. Another suggestion is having a couch that goes into a bed. It would help with the kids that want to sleep downstairs with the tv. Also, it would look better if someone cleaned the outside of the house. Tons of cobwebs around the house that just need to be cleaned up. Still nothing they would prevent us from coming back though.

A Little Piece of Heaven

The cabin was welcoming and accommodating. It is equipped with more than you could ask for and nicely located on the end near the fire pit. The paddle boat and kayaks were nice to explore the lake and fish. The checker board experienced many family competitions and the fire pit burnt many marshmallows. I loved waking up to the cool air and beautiful scenery of fall leaves and fog covered lake. My teenage boys left their phones behind and played like kids again. It was a joy to hear their laughter and watch them throw a football around. There was plenty of things for them to do. We will definitely be back.

So peaceful!

This cabin was perfect for our anniversary trip. It was so quiet with such beautiful scenery. We really enjoyed the taking the kayaks out on the water. Overall a great trip and will be staying again in the future!

Perfection!

We stated at this property, because we wanted a getaway. It did not disappoint! I was a little nervous after reading some of the other reviews, but there was no need to be. This cabin is clean, themed adorably, and we loved all the amenities. Yes, there were a few cobwebs (Hardly any!) on the OUTSIDE patio, but I a wanted a cabin in the woods, not a Hilton! Yes, there was a stray fishing lure on the bottom part of the deck. No big deal. I picked it up and threw it away. Overall, this place is super nice, very clean, and possibly the most serene place I’ve ever stayed. If you were on the fence about booking, don’t be! Book it now you will not be sorry!
