“Clean property with surprised air hockey table and pin pong table in the basement. House sits in a quiet neighborhood. Great host!”

“Clean and cozy….nice stay overall”

“Property owner was communicative and property was as advertised. Living room is not very well-furnished (one pretty ragged couch and a very small corner armchair, no rugs or coffee table, extra seating has to be brought in from the dining room) but the property did have everything we needed. Floors were very dusty.”

“This is the second time we have stayed at this property, and each time seems to get better. The property has newly installed carpet and upgrades all over the place. It was very comfortable, clean, and conveniently located. We will definitely be staying here again. The host is wonderful as well.”

“The rental was not without merit but for every positive there was a dissapointment. The shower was nice but the bathmat was stained from water that repeatedly soaked it from the water that leaked from the door. It had a nice covered front porch to sit on but it was questionable if you wanted to use it. One example was a man yelling as he walked with a long stick hitting signs and posts as he brisky walked up the street. It had a coffee pot but only 2 cups that held hot liquid and did not leak....

“I'll come back it was a great place to chill for the night”

“Paid for 2 nights and stayed for 1. On a positive note the owner communicates well and provides all the information needed for check in. Unfortunately that was the only positive. The house is in a rather rundown neighbourhood. The photos of the interior were misleading as the unit is old and renovated to a low standard. The lack of furniture and home comforts means that the unit is stark and devoid of any character. The bath and laundry facilities looked extremely unpleasant and so we didn’t use...

“Home was as listed. Parking could be an issue given only parking is on street. We were able to find a spot close to the home. Very clean and well appointed. As advertised and would rent again. Thank you!”

“The property was spectacularly clean, looked just like it did in the pictures, and was a wonderful place to stay before our mini marathon in Troy! Host left us a small present, and was more than wonderful! You can’t beat this property!!!”

“We booked this property in Sept of 2025 for our daughters graduation from UD, knowing that properties go fast and you need to plan ahead for this weekend. We arrived at 4 pm check in time, punched in the key code and surprised 2 people who had rented it for the week and had booked it just a week ago.The owner, SHELLY, was out of town. Her assistant was unable to find any other places for us. She did send a list of Dayton hotels Most were totally booked for the weekend. We spent a good bit of...

“Location perfect, clean and responsive host ”

“Great accommodation, would recommend!”

“A well priced and nice property near the National Museum of the US Air Force. I was able to walk to pick up dinner for our family both nights from some of the many locations less than a 1/2 mile away.”

“Dolly’s Haven was the perfect place to relax while visiting Huber Heights. The rooms were cute and beds were comfortable. The kitchen and living room were clean and functional. We didn’t use the game room much but it was full of activities to keep us busy if we wanted something to do”

“Family friendly, great options for a game night!”
