Las instalaciones son muy antiguas , las toallas tenían cabellos , elevador muy sucio , mucha gente sospechosa , mucho ruido , en general muy mala experiencia

El contenido de la habitacion si estaba bien, camas, frigobar, tele grande y microhondas. El area donde esta es muy insegura, ruido de sirenas todo el dia y personas justo afuera de tu habitacion fumando mariguana y haciendo ruido hasta altas hrs de la noche

Solo el jacuzzi salva la habitación, de allí en más muy mal el cuarto ya que no cuenta ni con una sola silla, sillón, mesa, y la base de la cama es de metal, así que cuando subes ha la cama ho te das vuelta hace demasiado ruido!!!!

It is an old hotel, it is dirty and they also did not return my deposit, and when I asked them they told me that they did not know what had happened

Tried two rooms. Both were incredibly dirty. Homeless were in the garage. Didn't stay.

I was leaving hospital and unexpectedly needed to stay nearby for 2 nights. Ad said breakfast was served. Breakfast was a granola bar. We asked for more coffee for room. None available at front desk. No Wi-Fi in room and we needed to work but I was unable. People sleeping in parking lot in cars. Ice machine does not work. I am 80 and bed too high for me to get in. No footstool available. Room had cockroaches. Should get refund. Would have left after 1 night but I had nowhere to go between 11 and when I could check in to another hotel at 4.

When checking in, after getting my CREDIT card information, the clerk wanted $100 (cash only) deposit to spend the night. He had nothing in writing, no prewarning, just demanded the cash before he would give me the room key. I refused to pay this extortion, and canceled the booking, at which point it was an arguement for me to get a paper printed that said it was canceled. The motel is nice enough, but the help wanted to shake me down $100 more to get to use it. Never spent the night. How do you give negative stars?

The place needs alot of work done. I had to change from my first room because it had cigarette burns in the blanket and smelled like cigarettes. Once i got the second room the TV wasnt working the clerk from the front desk had to fix it . The shower water never got hot so i took a cold shower. I wouldn’t book another stay their

Beautiful & Relaxing
Nice hotel directly across from the Tyler mall, the galleria. Plenty of places to shop & eat! The hotel was nice, the room was nice but I didn't like the tile. I wld rather have carpet in my room!! Also A LOT of homeless people but they keep to themselves for the most part so no big deal. At night the hotel lights up blue and we LOVED it!! Lol ... Came to visit my mom at olivewood memorial cemetery so it was nice that she was just right down the street!! Was able to visit her multiple times🤗🤗

Dirty ass hotel
It was awful had crackheads out side our window couch had plywood under cushions holes in couch. Hot water in tub rubbing. Asked for a refund and staff was rude af. We didn’t stay we had to change hotels. As soon as I pulled up to my room guys were looking at my truck and didn’t feel comfortable leaving it in parking lot.

Not good tried to upload the photos it wouldn't.
This was a truly lousy experience. I expected more, but not sure why. The curtains were torn and dirty and had paint on them, didn't cost all the way. The TV was small and the room empty, I guess there worried about theft? The bathroom was so beyond dirty, hair in the tub and red drops on the toilet, I had to scrub off before going to the bathroom.

I had 2 men knocking on my door at 2:00am. They did not stop for a long time. It was very scary. I was with my 11 year old son. It took quite awhile for the reception staff to help. I almost called 911. I felt very unsved
