Everything was clean! The rooms inside have been remodeled everything freah and yp to date. They have been keeping it that way! Nice thick towels, fluffy pillows, comfortable bed, clean bathroom and shower liner! Definitely worth the the rates they have. The staff gives excellent customer service! I love staying here!

The air conditioner wasnt as cold as it should be but other than that i love this place well wortg the money the staff is friendly beds comfy pillows are decent fresh towels

The staff gave me my room key and when I went to check out my room there was a random man sleeping on the bed. The staff was confused and went to go check it out and he told me it was a homeless man and he just gave a different key room to sleep at. I felt very uncomfortable after that and couldn’t get much sleep since there was a couple yelling at each other for 2 hours in the middle of night. Place seemed sketchy

Best place in Arlington!

This hotel is a tiny gem in Arlington. The outside does not look like much, but the rooms are very nice and the staff is accommodable. For the price and a tiny 1-2 day stay, absolutely pick this place. I will say that the phone service is dependent on the owners to pick up, but they will be awake at 6am if you pester them enough :| .

First the good. Clean, spacious, power at the nightstands. Fairly good location. Spacious. Next. Check-in at a little window. No lobby access 24x7. No coffee maker or coffee in the property. Feels safe Next No hangers or even rod for a hanger. Batteries in the TV remote were dead. No cups for water. No hand towel. No Kleenex. Because if my shirt stay and schedule I didn't ask about any of those. For the price it's ok, but I wouldn't want more than two nights. Mostly because. I want coffee without waking half a mile for it. If it's what you can afford then do it.

No a/c hookers working the parking lot my wife and I just walked away without being refunded 5 minutes after we checked in we are now at the thunderbird hotel in riverside where we usually book with you but your website recommended vista hotel I would like my 89 dollars back from the vista we paid 120 dollars at the thunderbird we are very happy with the thunderbird

I would not stay at this property again the rooms were in poor condition and so was the property. The rooms cleanliness was not good at all

The room wasn’t clean when I arrived. Opened soap package and used bar soap was still on the sink. Floor was dirty. I had to wear socks if I decided not to have my shoes on. The upholstery on the chair in the room had stains all over it and was dirty.

Not recommended at this time

We were in a non smoking room, but could smell smoke coming through the bathroom vent. Only two bath towels, no hand towels or wash cloths. Only one tiny trash can in the room and dirty inside. They had to trade our broken fridge out with a smaller one that had cardboard taped on the door to creat a shelf. Shower tap was loose. Didn't have a fitted sheet for the mattress, just a flat one that never stayed tucked in. They should invest in fitted sheets because when the flat sheet came loose it showed the stains on the mattress. I thought that I would give this place a shot because it was under new management and had no rating. The management was friendly enough, but came across as being very new to the business. I hesitated to write this review because they were very friendly, but I hope that they will consider what I have written in order to build upon what needs to change so that ratings will change in the future.

Didn't have any of the amenities that says it has the room was empty refuse to give me my refund until I got loud and there's ants in the room and construction workers remodeling the lower floor so no other rooms available to accommodate us and they were all staying on the ground floor all the workers

The stay was very nice, smooth check in and check out, the manager of the lot was very accommodating for upgrade the room from a single to a double on such short notice. Really appreciate the effort and going out the wall to do that.
