The apartment was double booked as we arrived to peoples stuff already inside. We knocked on the door of the main house and spoke to the representative of owner who was trying to find resolution but knowing we weren't staying we scrambled to make other accommodations leaving the representative with my phone number. We expected the owner to call me the following day. That didn't happen. I tried to message the owner thru the app but the app would not post the message. It's been 5 days and I still have not heard from the owner. I got my resolution thru VRBO corporate but still feel like at least an apology is owed from the owner.
