“Very nice hotel. The staff were lovely and very helpful in helping us get around. I booked a room with the sea side view but I could see no sea side. That was my only complaint.”
“Excelente trato de toda la gente en el hotel. Comida casera local muy buena y buena vista al malecón. Instalaciones muy nuevas y gran limpieza. Gran experiencia cultural y de descanso.”
“Portanova is a beautiful hotel that is very well maintained and exceptionally clean. The breakfast is very good, and the staff is incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help. Everyone made me feel comfortable and well taken care of.
A special thank you to Magdalena, who was especially kind and helpful during my stay. Her warm attitude and willingness to help really made a difference.
I truly enjoyed my stay and would definitely recommend Portanova!”
