“Good points - comfy bed, cleanliness great, nice staff. Bad points - not allowed to vape outside on the terrace when we ordered drinks (no one else there), drinks ridiculously expensive, pepsi and glass of rose wine £15!! Parking overnight £15! Made us scared to even try the spa facilities as god knows what we would been charged as 'extra'. So if you go here be prepared for extra charges. Wasnt such a 'great deal' as we thought. “Was very disappointed at being charged extra to park the car because we booked through Hotels.com. Only received a refund when we complained and pointed out that had I come and just bought a coffee I would have been eligible for free parking as I would have been considered to be a customer. But not considered to be a customer when staying overnight. ”

“The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was lovely - spacious and clean. The breakfast had everything you could want and there was ample serving tome for both early and late risers! Access to rooms was secure. I loved the way there was an additional lift down to the harbour level so you didn’t need to trek round! I’m not a gym person but the facilities were there if you wanted them. Would definitely return! Thank you 😊 ”

“I liked the hotel. Very clean room, and great location. Only disappointment was unable to get an evening meal after 6.30pm in the restaurant because of a large function that evening. ”

“This is a very clean home that had what we needed during our holiday. Naveed was very easy to deal with and had great communication. It’s worth noting that this is a flat upstairs from a convenient store and mechanic shop. We were fine with it, but it does add a level of noise to being in the flat and/or having your windows open. ”
