The Staff are extremely communicative and helpful. They were considerate enough to change the room on my request. The restaurant staff were extremely good and the breakfast is very good with a good variety of choices. Mr.Sulaiman and Mr.Moideen were very helpful and stood out in their service.

Reasonable price 24 hours gym
Considering the price per day, it was not bad. Supermerket is just beside the hotel so you can have food and drink easily. 24 hours working gym is great and lots of equipment are available.

Overall this is a pretty nice hotel. Staff is really great especially. Room was ok but bathroom looked absolutely horrible like it fell apart before and was glued back together.

Good but needs a facelift!
Booked for a short stay and expected standards matching the name but disappointed by a condition that is less than I expected for this chain. I believe the main setback is the old condition and need for renovation/replacements. I believe they are working on it. On the good side, staff were very helpful and prompt to assist with any request.

過不足のない及第点のホテル
ホテルは全体にややくたびれていたが、不満と言う程ではない。ホテルのスタッフは皆、親切。近くにスーパーやファストフードの店もあり便利。難点は観光地の質問をしても殆ど知識がない事。
